was very pleased at first! but after trying the tincture 1:1 at a cost of 80.50 (delivery included)I found the product worthless, no effect at all. felt like I was using olive oil. wasted my money and was told by a trueleive rep that even thou they recommended the product to me, they are not doctors and even thou their product did not work I could not return it or get a store credit because the tincture was not defective it just did not work for me. my advice is find another dispensary that will stand behind their products and you can trust.

There's a faster way to serve people come on

The product is good but the staff are horrible! They seem to go through employees like I go through strains. Always training new people who take forever to do something, and know very little about weed. They have "Fat" armed security guards who try to intimidate you. The Only dispensery with "Armed" fat people who would need a gun to do anything. I am taking my business elsewhere. I spend 'way' too much money per month to be treated like an imbecile.

Bruce and Uli were my delivery drivers today Bruce is an awesome informative delivery gentlemen he believes as I do in customer service These days it does not seem to exist but today I felt that customer service appreciation made my day!! Thank you for doing your jobs today….well done!!!!

Most the time I get my orders delivered and every single time it never fails that I get Garret and Bruce!! I love the fact that their delivery staff is so personable!! Makes delivering worthwhile! Garret is such a great person to talk to when you want to find out what’s the best strain for you, especially concentrates! And Bruce never fails to be personable and so customer friendly! I can’t wait to get my delivery next week and see them again! Their delivery team is one of the best in Sumter and Lake county!

Although this location is undersized for the volume of people that comes through it the medtenders are always awesome. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. Products are almost always excellent and if not the return policy is the best in the business. Please open another location in the Villages or Ocala or at least increase the size of the current one to have at least 8-10 lanes for checkout.

Its a pleasure to have a representative to talk to and discuss the different strains. Brishaad at the Lake Lake dispensary is very helpful and wish more reps were like him. Carlos MV.

Bruce and Axl Freakin' ROCK!!! THEY are the most Awesome customer service people!!! Bruce, especially has the most knowledge in the Business I've ever seen! I've been with Trulieve for almost 3 years and let me just say that without HIS help and knowledge, I most likely would have SURELY gone elsewhere. Give that man a RAISE already!

employee was shady and the seal on my flower was broken from the back of the canister. plus I explained to him that I wasn't knowledgeable about the differences and wanted to try 3 different flower minis so I could find what is right for me and he gave me 2 of the same so I had to return it for another. after I gave him a $5 tip he brushed my questions of and was trying to get me gone.

I ALL my delivery people! Bruce, Michael, Ulysses and the ones I forget the names. I only get delivery because of disability. I have had like 'two issues' they addressed it, with patience, efficiently and effectively fixed it. So grateful to have such a caring team.
