Truth Dispensary

Great place excellent customer service come stop by

Needs improvement

They have the best stuff and best deals and the best customer service.. Jesus is the best.

I ordered an eighth of triangle kush online only to find out after purchasing it it was not the same as online price. I was told there was nothing they could do and they would change it online. Loyal customer for well over a year with weekly visits and now I will no longer go there.

I used to come here all the rime but i wont be returning. first off I got a nee guy who had no idea what he was doing. second off i was sold the shittiest weed I've ever seen because the guy didn't let me smell it before selling it to me ( just to be clear the weed smells like hay and is obviously cured improperly coming from a growers view point). dont buy the $15 1/8th you will regret it.

Larry is freaking amazing he is the the best bud tender EVERRRR I’ve been going since they’ve opened and nothing but good times 😁

Brian is very knowledgeable and works very well with customers and other employees. He works Saturday-Monday’s so if you ever want a great deal and awesome customer service go when he’s working!

Dave is normally my budtender. He knows exactly what I want whenever I step through that door. I give the man 6 out of 5 stars. 😁

Will never shop here not friendly and sold me bad products and wouldn’t exchange or refund would not recommend to a friend or anyone

Still the best location in Salem hands down! Had by far the longest line in town all day on 4/20/19, deals were amazing. Everyone was so friendly even though I arrived at 7:45a.m. and didn't leave with my purchase until 10:30a.m. I can honestly say it was well worth the wait:) Truth and Herbal remedies are the only places to shop, the time and effort the guys and there crews put in is unmatched. They've definitely got my loyalty!

Great suggestion Kelsey ,you got my back. excellent customer service😎😆

The bud tenders are quick and for the most part friendly. Helpful when asking for info on cannibis products and the industry in general. Thank you for being here!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Great price ranges and selection no matter what way you enjoy cannabis. This is a phenomenal dispensary. Not to mention how lively the staff was.

This is one of the best dispensaries in town! They have a large show room that makes it easy to see all options. From wax to edibles to flower there is an excellent selection for any budget. My budtender was super friendly and bubbly and her recommendations were right on point. Can't wait to return!

I normally do not like to write reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due.Ms.D and the crew here knock it out of the park.Customer service, Atmosphere, quality, prices, world class partners growers is just unbeatable.I was skeptical at first coming here.Truth as a dispensary name you better have your shiptz together. No doubt they have there shiptz together like KOBE don't pass this dispensary up.Ms.D thank you for helping me with the CBD Blue Dream/GG1/Headband over the past couple of days! Thanks for asking and taking the time to ask what name I go by shows that you care and you provide great customer service.

I've been a customer before this store opened! Management is friendly. Your budtenders are very knowledgeable, and really listen to what you want. Many products to choose from, but all good vendors. They don't buy cheap and sell high. Comfortable atmosphere, great location. Thanks for The Truth!

Excellent staff! Love going to a place with an educated crew! If you need advice or are in search of cannabis knowledge. This is the place to go. Always has top of the line products and a huge selection. Ask for Chandler! she's my fave.

Great selection for good prices!

Brianna help me today and was a excellent bud tender she helped me make some great decisions on what to get. All the employees that have helped me are great and very knowledgeable I thank them all Bob

Pretty much the only place I buy extracts. Happy hour is amazing.

this is hands down the most informed place I've been to. they really care about the cannabis I consume, they are so friendly and they have great attitudes. I literally do not shop anywhere else.

Went in today a long line waited for 10 minutes the line did not move at all there were 3 registers open. Very slow staff also cheated out of my change before

Quality service and knowledgeable about the products they have. Always friendly and I always get more then 1 hello coming in.

I really like the atmosphere , I feel comfortable with what I purchase, am a regular customer my favorite days are Shatterdays
