My Favorite shop to go to. I drive past 3 other dispensaries just to get here. They have the best strains to pick from at great prices and also offer a rewards program so you can stock up points every vist. Staff is friendly and helpful with any questions!

The staff is very kind, the prices are competitive, and the rewards program is awesome. My wife and I have been coming here for years, and the weekly giveaways and samplings benefit us greatly in allowing us to try products we wouldn't normally try. You guys are great, thanks!

You walk into Universal and the vibe is just amazing. Hard to explain but it just is. Budtenders are awesome, flower is potent, tested and best of all reasonably priced.

I love these guys. Great customer service, and most notably great bud at very reasonable prices. They are almost $20 cheaper on average for a Q than most places I've been to in the valley.

This place is truly superior and well worth traveling some distance. First, they don't rush you. They are knowledgeable. They have a wide range of meds at much better prices than many and they really work to have quality, especially with very clean, tested and more safely packaged extracts. Consider that they carry Pop Naturals (no plastic and lab tested cartridges) as well as Absolute Extracts. Also, you will find great affordable edables and lovely bud. This is my happy place.

Consistently good service and fine quality. The tenders are knowledgeable as well as nice. Excellent greeting guard and atmosphere. Convenient location. Their shatter prices in particular and their vendor visits are superb. I think this is one of the finer shops anywhere.

Immediately upon entering the welcomingly-lit, clean and organized patient waiting room I knew: At least some of the five star ratings for Universal Collective might not have been shit-lies after all. Soon-after being warmly greeted and properly vetted by a friendly guard, PJ, I was allowed into the medication dispensary. After the heavy door bolt clanked-open I was introduced by my first name, as well as, for my being new, to the available Budtenders – all of whom were women and appeared to smile genuinely. This gave me hope as to a low likelihood of one of them going postal today, because they probably like their jobs and all that jazz. My Budtender, Dani, showed me around and was incredibly knowledgeable about each product and strain; Including their effects and origins. Her helpfulness and patience was paramount in my deciding exactly which medicines to purchase. So far, all that she said was correct and I will absolutely be obtaining medicine there from now on.
