Bud tenders have varying degrees of knowledge on cannabis and cannabis products. One woman didn't even know what a dab tool was. Overall this dispensary has the best quality and selection of medicine for the lowest prices. Their rewards system is fantastic as well. Universal Collective is now my personal dispensary.

Friendly staff. Forgot to give me my FTP deal, but got great nug of F1 Durban from the budtender. Purple tangie is one of my favorite strains so I drove out from Riverside, though I hope to get some bigger nugs of it next time. Clones would be awesome. Overall great flowers and concentrates here that I saw and the PT and F1 Durban are fire!!

This place is awesome. Absolutely favorite out of all the shops I've visited. They had these incredible vibes that could make the freshest of newbies feel as comfortable as the 10+ year experienced cannabis connoisseur. Everything from their variety, quantity, quality, and especially their service, is incredible. A big thanks to Mitch for showing me around, helping me out, and for just being so genuinely interesting and a great person. I love this place.

I loved the True OG i got! i must comeback today to get more indica strains as smooth and wrong as that one! Also the bud tenders keep order and make get meds fast and easy

I just went in for my first time and as I walked out, I decided that this was one of the coolest shops I had walked in to. The cop at the front was very friendly and we even had a chat as I waited. The staff was knowledgable and friendly as well, and they introduced me to their points system which I found cool and unique. Overall, easily 5/5 stars.

Hidden in plain sight. I drove past it for at least 6 months every morning and never saw it until I was looking for it. It's the real deal. They know what they are doing and are doing a great job. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. AND they have an excellent selection.

This was the first place I came to after getting my recommendation and I cannot speak higher of it. Taylor was so friendly and helpful and she put up with my novice questions and curiosity. There was an issue with my card at the ATM and I had to return the next day to purchase my vape and product. Second visit was just as good as the first. They remembered me and I was able to get my stuff and be on my way. Definitely plan to return.

This place is real clean and have a great selection of concentrate as well as top grade flowers. Rewards program is awesome! New go to spot 👍🏽
