This place is so sleek, it’s almost like walking into an Apple store... but for weed. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, check in was easy, although it was my first time it took all but a few minutes. My bud tender was extremely sweet and explained everything clear and concise and had no issues answering any questions I had, he was wonderful! I got a Dr Zodiak cart which is absolute fire🔥 and 400mg YiLo gummies which are smack🤘🏻 I got a BOGO on my edibles as a first time customer as well, so really cool! Overall gr8 place in my book so far :)
My overall experience here was not bad however though when I received my product and went home I took a look at the potions I bought they said on the That they are 400 mg and they also said that on my receipt. When I peeled back the stickers on my bottles the chart revealed that they only gave me a 180 mg potion. If you look at the chart on the bottle they do not even have a 400 mg potion the highest is 240 mg. This is really unfortunate I am a medical patient and was given potions that were missed labeled and I was not dosed appropriately. I feel I was ripped off I paid almost $56 a bottle. I will never go back here again and I will never recommend them I feel that they are ripping people off purposely. 😔 on the day I went in here I had spent over $300 and I was happy with everything else that felt ripped off on these items.

Yesterday I visited this store for my regular purchase. It is close and the staff has always been top notch! However, yesterday on my visit I got a Bud Tender that quoted me a certain price for my purchase. I went to the ATM located in the same room to get the cash. After the cash was dispensed and on my way back to the counter, this person says "sorry but it's $150" (instead of the $120 I was originally quoted). When I expressed my displeasure to this person and explained that now I have to go back to the ATM and pay another terminal fee. So when I requested to deal with someone else, this person smiled and simply stated they were all out of my strain despite just telling me they did and me going to get the money at the ATM! I kindly asked for a manager and this wonderful person straightened out the situation in my favor! I don't ask for anything for free, just want to be treated fairly and the management at YiLo made sure that happened! She totally understood what happened and made it right! Totally recommend this place! They ROCK!!

I just purchased a Caviar Gold 'Ice Wata' and let me tell something, JESUS CHRIST! This is hands down a connoisseur's WET-DREAM! This I know cause me and my Uncle are enjoying one of the best marijuana experiences we have since we were kids. I'm 41 and my Uncle is 38, we have been partaking of recreational marijuana since before it ruined my grandfather's life by sending him to prison, and even HE would've had to set His cup down..lol! But honestly, if you are a true connoisseur this is a must try! the female I spoke with here earlier was so very sweet very informative and we had a great conversation, after I left I made a phone call to find out some more information about this great marijuana strain and the phone was answered by a guy I would use explicit language but because I had a great experience with the female and with the strain of marijuana I will not use explicit language but he needs to be reprimanded because he was very rude and very uninformed about anything that had to do with MMJ thank you!

Look, at Yilo-Arcadia they got the Sour OG that gives you a very exquisite high, sticky buds with a GREAT look as well as taste to match. I was very pleased with the service, made me feel very comfortable & at home took their time to help me find what I needed.

They really do have the best “thc potions”. My favorite is the blueberry lemonade. The staff is super helpful especially Jennifer I was in the mood to try to new stuff and she was patient and very informed. Definitely will go back again!

Wasted my time, called 20 minutes prior before heading out, and asked for a specific product. I was told they had it available and it would be $330. Gladly said I’ll see you soon, I got there to be told they never had it, and then the worker proceeded to lie to me and say he never said they had it. I have spent well over $10,000 here and will not be back! Every damn dispensary I’ve frequented for over 2 years and spent my hard earned money at now are slowly getting on my s**t list because of incompetence.
