Amazing customer service , only bad thing I have to say is they need to update there menu and advise there customers about there recent price increase due to there new system . I used to get carts for 32$ now comes to +40$ for one gram. Also there 7-10 20% discount is actually now 10% . And they'd till have signs out there saying they do 20% so that's false advertising. But Again other than that y'all are amazing

Everytime I order any half gram carts they always bring me a full gram. Everytime. Which isn't a big deal but today I went to get something that was already 10$ off and on the registers theres a sign that says if you heart us on leafly you can get 20% off but doesn't say anything else that's important. "No disclaimers" and when I asked the budtender about it she gave me an attitude saying that you already got 10$ off. And so I replied that the sign doesn't state whether you could it add already to a sale, like it does on the website when there's another special. It just states ask your budtender on how to get 20% off. And again the lady gave me a dirty look and an attitude again which made me feel real uncomfortable. Could of been handled better and the sign could also state how it works. The lady needs to be nicer too

Who ever puts the percentage of your concentrates doesn't know how to read or the don't know the different from THC % and total cannabinoids % because every time I by yilos brand of wax its never what the THC percentage is but the total cannabinoids percentage. And I'm a person who buys off that. So if I getting told my concentrate is 92.8% in reality it was 78 point Something or 76 point something percent. Just think of you work a dispensary you should know the difference when putting that up for advertisement. Cause technically in a way it's false advertising because it's not 92.8 percent THC

No high dose ANYTHING, horrible advertising/rotation of sale items, always a wait. You guys are only 1:2 mile from my house, but I have to go further.

This is definitely my favorite neighborhood spot it's less than a mile from my house and I'm glad that it is the staff is always friendly and the flower which is my favorite is always reasonably priced and I walk out and always feel like I just had a fair transaction I definitely would tell my friends about it and suggest that they visit as well

Yilo became my all time favorite dispensary because of the caviar gold selection AND the service!! Shout out to my boi Mikey, the lead guy (can't remember your name right now) and the manager...you guys are the absolute best 😎 movie g back to Philly but will always remember yal with love 😍😍

No discount unless you come in the morning or the evening, which is bs. Medical patients made you what you are Yilo.. you wouldn’t be anywhere without us. Now you’re all about the dollar ..the Almighty dollar!! You should at least offer 10% for medical throughout the day and then maybe 20% in the morning and evening.. I’m very disappointed.

I come here every 2 weeks for their great concentrate & flower deals and their selection is always premium! 20/10 recommend 4 👍

My boyfriend has not gone to any other dispensary than Yilos until he met me! He swore by the place and then I started going for him until I got sucked into being a regular myself because everyone is so nice and welcoming! They remember your name after going once or twice and know what you like or are looking for. Thanks yilo for paying attention and having what we need!😉

The girl at the front was great. She opened the door and offered for me to bring my ebike inside while I shopped. I didn't even have to ask, which I was going to. That was awesome. I appreciate her attention to customer details.
