I went in about four days ago and bought a quarter ounce of flower and while I was smoking it heard a pop and tasted seeds. I then started to break down the buds to find more seeds in the batch about 5-6 in total, I went in and spoke with your store manager in hopes he was going to make things right the store manager refused to do anything for me even after telling him he would lose a good customer and also telling him if he didn't make things right I would be forced to leave bad reviews he then offers me 20% off my next purchase which I responded I will not be making any further purchases until my last one is made right! I hate to do this but at this point I feel really disrespected and disappointed in Yilo they had the audacity to tell me it wasn't uncommon that people get seeds in the flower which I also hope is untrue I've been to dispensary's all over the country and only one time have I had the same issue and the store manager gave me what I paid for from another batch I really hope we can make this right or not only will you have lost a customer but I will also start spreading the word of like the store manager said how "common” people have seeds in there flower from YiLo dispensary.

Let me start off about Capri! YiLo mvp! She is kind and caring and very knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure about some of the things that you had to offer, she took the time and patience to explain anything I had questions about. Thank you Capri and I’ll be back soon!

I kinda believe these people are crack heads everytime i order its always a problem and the bud tender is always mumbling under their breath i wouldn't reccomend to anyone.

They literally never have weed. It’a a weed store. Kind of an expectation that they’d have weed, but what do you know? Every time I walk in they ran out of weed “a half hour ago”. You guys can’t run on your weak ass edibles and cartridges forever.

I've been coming here for about two years. I absolutely love this place! The staff here is unbelievable. They ALWAYS have deals in a lot of their products. I've been to other dispensaries, but I don't like them as much as YiLo. Minion has helped me out so much, going above and beyond ! Cody, Jared, Jenn, Emily, Dulce, I know there's more of you lol but seriously I love you guys! You're the best! Thank you! ~Liz

Horrible customer service. Their advertised pricing does not reflect the recreational price. Do not drive here for a deal, they will refuse to honor the advertised price. The bud tender offered me BOGO then rescinded the offer as I was not a medical patient. They offer 20% if you follow them, but only honor it if you’re medical. Horribly overpriced first experience - first and last visit. Andrew T.

Great selection edibles but concerned about safety. Some staff don’t wear masks over their nose and a customer as well. Manager told me she understands but “we have to be tolerant”. With severe autoimmune disorder I can’t take risks. May try curbside pickup but uneasy.

Always fast and friendly. Clean store and the best selection of edibles. Has continued to have a good selection/variety of flower and concentrates throughout the pandemic - some of the other dispensaries have not.

I love Yilo! Best place in town for edibles. Love the peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies.

I love Yilo. The other day I came the lobby was full but everyone was polite and helpful and I knew that they would get us all taken care of. Great customer service goes a long way.
