Black Friday Experience.. Cavi Gold had an online advertisement for a Free Cavi Gold PreRoll w/ a $20 purchase on Black Friday. Apparently Cavi Gold wasn't able to fulfill their promotion... Yilo still handed out killer grab bags with edibles, top shelf flower, a new dab container, and to top it all off... a Super Sweet Purple Punch Moonrock!! Close to 80 bucks worth of goodies!!

Great customer service plus it’s the only place I know that carry’s juicy hemp wraps for the low. Kat had helped me out and gave me a lot of info of the products I had questions with.

I did love this place, but they stopped having the employees wear masks and aren't enforcing distancing or mask wearing in their patients. I won't go back now

Honestly SO disappointed, My last three times here I have had a bad experience from them skipping me, so buying terrible product and now I place a preorder - mid pandemic, cdc says to avoid groups of 10 or more people. Well I got the text stating my pick up was ready but upon getting to the dispensary I am told I have to wait in line behind 12 people standing outside... I called inside to verify, I have pickup confirmation text that my pick up is ready and someone inside the store confirms I have to wait behind the 12 people in line. I cancelled my order and will not be returning. Pointless.

The weed is full of actual brown seeds. The pre rolls are grind to dirt and loosely packed. I bought back an un smoked pre roll to see what Yilo could do. The manager working at the time said the general manager told staff to tell customers to pack it down. It doesn’t even look like a full gram and it was 10$ . Pre roll looked like a damn Virginia Slim cigarette from 1990. You lost a solid customer this evening. Didn’t even offer to give me a medical card holder a paying customer any other offer of a free gram or anything for the inconvenience and the product disgrace, horrible customer appreciation. DO NOT BUY THE GRASS HERE!!
