Dont want to sit here and say this is a shitty dispo, I come here all the time, love the service and everything, my cousin recently bought 2 gs of wax and two 8th canisters, paid for all 4 items, when we got home, a canister of weed was missing.. went back to try and resolve the problem and they said nothing could happen to make it right.. we go here at least 3X a week and easily spend 80-$100 each time, I wouldnt need to rip them offand same with them, I highly doubt they need to rip me off as well, but accidents happen and would just love to have this resolved. Thank you.

I have been coming to Yilo for about a year now and it’s definitely one of the best dispensaries in the valley. The prices are exceptional compared to other dispensaries that serve a similar product. The staff are very attentive and the lines tend to go by pretty fast especially if you have an online order. Highly recommend trying out their edibles because they’re absolutely delicious! Especially the carrot cake and fudge brownies

A little frustrated - I'm a medical card holder for 3 years and never had this experience. I bought 8 keef colas (b3 get 1 free) 2 sets. The bags were small and poorly implemented, walking up the stairs with 2 bags, 3 keef colas fell out and fizzled away. Almost half of my product is gone because the cashier didn't have better judgement that these might fall out. Only have half of what I bought, and I was meaning to time these out with a sickness. A little disappointed.

I’ve been coming to Yilo for 3 years and I’ve never had a bad experience with the employees or their product. Everyone is so nice that you always feel welcomed when you walk in.

Yilo has been a godsend for my family. I have been working as a security officer at Yilo Thunderbird for over 3 years now and have gotten to know the company and staff well during this time. When I started working here I was very skeptical about the whole CBD craze. My oldest son was diagnosed with autism and ADHD when he was 7 years old and was put on a myriad of pharmaceuticals that really never seemed to help and the doctors solution was to increase the dosage. So I started talking to Jared the store manager at the time. He was very helpful and genuinely concerned about our son's health and well-being. He had suggested trying the Yilo CBD 100mg tincture as a starting point to see if the CBD would be a viable alternative to big pharma. We encountered some push back from the school and from our pediatrician at first. But after we had provided some research data conducted by a few different medical universities they became open to the idea. We started giving my son the 100 mg tincture once a day and his teachers informed us that there was a positive effect in the morning for about 2 hours. So we readjusted the dosing and kept at it until we were able to fully transition our son off of the pharmaceuticals too strictly CBD. We are happy to report that with the help of Yilo, Jared, Cody and the staff at Yilo Thunderbird that our son is no longer taking any of the pharmaceutical products any longer. Once we were able to find the right dosage of CBD for our son he's been a completely different person. He's now very talkative and likes to tell us about his day and the work that he's done in class. He likes to tell us about his friends his teachers what they ate for lunch. He's now on the School honor roll and has also been student of the month several times. I just want to say thank you again to everyone at Yilo Thunderbird for everything they do.
