Zen Leaf - Aurora

I walked in and they were playing the best tunes. The first and only dispensary I want to go to. I want a zen leaf hoodie. Also, banana milkshake was SUCH A GOOD STRAIN. Please allow me to review it.

Female brunette manager with the lazy eye has a terrible attitude. They refuse to accept official government issued Department of Defense identification that's standard-issue for all retired & disabled veterans. Staff is very uneducated. Girl at the door originally tried to turn me away for having an out-of-state driver's license but the rent-a-cop OK'd me through with the military ID. Somehow that same ID wasn't good enough for the 20% veteran discount they advertise. Most unprofessional dispensary I've ever encountered across multiple legalized states. You'll get better service & cheaper prices from your local dealer on the street corner than at this place. This was my first & will be my only experience shopping at this garbage excuse for a dispensary.

My boyfriend and I just spent $60 on recreational weed from Aurora Zen Leaf, just to get home with an EMPTY JAR. We called customer service who said they're not on site and it would take 48 hrs to find out if we're "approved" for a refund or replacement of product not provided. The only way we'll get that is by proving what happened...tell me how we do that when we're forced to leave without opening the jar to see the product??? Tell me how we would know until we left? We just got robbed $60. Giving dispensaries a bad rep!

This is one of my favorite locations out in Illinois. The location is by a large road, discreet, and very clean/modern! The products are good but I’ve only found around 3/4 things that I really liked. The staff is super friendly but they seem to usually be either really staffed or understaffed and don’t always tell you about any promotions. Overall, I have never had a bad experience and will continue to go here most of the time.

The people here have no clue what they are doing . Been going here since they opened. My ID is expired but Illinois extended the dates on ID and driver license until July 31st 2022. The front desk let me in by checking two ids to verify . They said you are good to go . Then when I walk in to go pick up my order the lady who seems clueless says I can’t purchase because my ID is expired . If it’s a business thing then I understand but how come the front desk let me In ? double checking my id and credit card ? I think the lady was possibly discriminating against me. It makes no sense for the people at the front desk to check IDs . Including a officer I believe . They let me in but im not allowed to purchase what I ordered ? Lol . These people don’t know what they are doing. -Jonathan

This place definitely has some of the best offerings and the friendliest staff. I smile from the time I enter the door to the time I get in my car. Joe and Jocelyn helped me find great deals on premium product. I get happy every time I have to restock and visit!

So I’ve only been shopping at zen leaf in Aurora for a few months at most, and before that I was a BEGINNER! I still am learning a lot! Either the first or second time I was there I wasn’t shy about the fact that I knew nothing about what I was choosing and the guy who checked me out (I wish I knew his name, I’m so sorry!) was really patient and took time to explain to me the differences between sativa, indica and hybrids. Even gave me a pamphlet! I mostly place my orders online for pick up, but everybody I’ve worked with is always soooo flexible if I change my mind on something last minute or want to swap items, etc. the most recent time I was there was this past Friday, and I actually asked to speak to a lead/manager to RAVE!! She came out, her name was Dana, super sweet girl, and I had to not just rave in general about how great service is always, but had to give shout outs to NATALIE, LIZ, and KODA!!! I had never seen this before but whoever thought to stage Koda on the floor on a busy Friday night with a line out the door at closing time is BRILLIANT!! Helps customer shop while they wait in line to make things more timely and efficient for everyone!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

I stop by here every few weeks and it's always quick. Tonight, Vic had me in and out within 5 minutes and was very friendly and polite. Thanks Vic!

Jackie was my server and she was EXCELLENT with giving me information/advice. She geared me towards the flower Ice Cream Cake and the edibles Goomies! Both are perfect for me and my anxiety. My anxiety was lifted as soon as I took 2 hits! I almost cried because I think I finally found something that helps!! Thanks Jackie! Definitely staying loyal to Zen Leaf!!!

Jackie took amazing care of me today! This was only my second time visiting a dispensary and as a newbie, I felt super comfortable and welcomed! The space is gorgeous and everyone there was really friendly and professional. Jackie took the time to carefully review my order with me and make sure I got signed up for rewards in a way that didn't feel pushy or forced. She was a joy to interact with and, because of her customer service and the product quality, I will definitely be back! Thanks Jackie!

Zen leaf was fantastic. The experience was great, being able to look at the products, ask questions, you can chill out & take your time rather than being ushered through a line like like airport security. Alex was awesome. He made it super easy for me to choose what I was looking for. So far love the products he recommended. Great for first timers too who aren’t sure where to start. High-ly recommend. See what I did there?

I've frequented other dispensaries in the area and I will now be making this my go-to place. There is a large and diverse selection of products as well as educated bud tenders to answer your questions and give you recommendations. I suffer from chronic pain, and my bud tender Scott was able to help me find a product that not only smoked nice but helped me feel better as well. It's an easy process and the staff is worth it!

Beautiful store, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a huge selection of products to choose from! I’ve always loved ZenLeaf and I’m so excited to finally have one close to my house! Joshua was so helpful and funny!

This is the fifth dispo I've been to in Illinois. This is the best one. Clean, pretty, awesome selection. If you go, I recommend dealing with Kaytee and Danna, their kindness, knowledge, and professionalism are frankly unrivaled.

We needed some 1:1 options to help a painful foot injury and we found our fave edibles at Zen Leaf. We ordered online and minutes later we received confirmation the order was prepared. The store was really nice and the staff was very helpful during my short visit.

My first time going to Zen!! I had an awesome experience everyone was very friendly. I had Danna she was very nice and had tons on knowledge on what I was looking for and I left with some amazing products. I would highly recommend coming I don’t see a need to try any other dispensary.
