Zen Leaf - Dunlap

1st time here based on suggestion from a very old stoner. Entry set up is very good. They buzz you thru a pair of doors which dumps you right in the dispensary (no waiting room). This was the first time for me where putting me in their system took about 2 minutes and did not require filing out a single form. A minute later I was being waited on. They have an excellent selection of top shelf flower and carry a full stock of Dutchie prerolls along with Korovo edibles. The Kaya bubble hash is also highly recommended. Checkout was also a pleasant surprise as Emerald's prices are lower than most of the other dispensaries I've used. Will make Emerald a regular stop.

I do shop here often simply cuz it’s close. Quality product seems to be hit and miss, it takes keeping a regular eye on the menu. I’ve read reports of rudeness from budtenders and I too have experienced it, a couple women and the do not know their products at all! I’ve suspected some left of center practices, such as... this is where it gets good, and is my complaint. There are a few companies that package their flower product in glass jars. Love this, but when I order a said strain & it comes in an Emerald package with raped buds looking nothing like the image provided. I believe they are stealing the best part of the flower bud from us. Potencies seem extremely WEAK.

I did not have a problem with them until they switched their First Time Specials. I was one special away from the bogo on half ounce. They should have at least kept the old First Time Special for the old clients. Dissatisfied.

Jason the security guard my first visit I was insulted by an employee and he was so kind to me and understand because I came without ID. No judgment, hospitality but makes me feel safe as well once a sketchy man approached and he literally saved me from being robbed by the street thanks man and for the protection and security to get my medicine

Had to fix my review. This place has garbage product, and garbage service.

I thought curbside was a great idea, since inside is ran so great until the first time i did curbside I was missing items so I had to go in anyways. Which I do curbside to avoid people due to covid. The second time I was forgot about so I waited 30 min until they came out.
