You know this is my favorite dispensary in all of Phoenix. I shop here more then any dispensary. Let me just say I’m very upset. I literally called 10 min before I got there. I called before had making sure what I was looking for you had, which was Potent Planet concentrates. The guy that answered SAID not only was it available but that there is 3 different flavors. Mind you I’m got a flight to catch so from there I’m off to airport. Anyhow the person on phone said you guys had it. I said are you sure I’m on my way and don’t wanna stop for nothing. So when I get there. There’s nothing Potent Planet just pre-rolls. My ? Why is the guy saying it’s in stock when it’s not. It’s just very frustrating you know. I still love this place.

It is Thanksgiving day Lotta dispensaries are not open so I went online and looked this one said they’re having a Thanksgiving special deal they do not have a close time I went down there everybody in the store is there yet the door is locked and they said they’re not open I drove 45 minutes to come here just for them to tell me that they’re closed when the website says they’re open there’s no specification for a time I am very upset I drove all the way out here all the lights Ron the open sign was on I am very fucking pissed off that I came out here for no reason to get nothing
Dispensary response:
Hi Bartlemusdaniel, we apologize for the frustration due to our early close on Thanksgiving. We were able to update our holiday hours through Google and would have been happy to confirm any special operating hours via phone prior to you making the trip. The last thing we want is for our patients to be upset on a holiday, please give us a call at (623) 271-6065 and ask to speak with a manager. We hope to hear from you soon and appreciate your feedback.

I used to visit this location once a week but since the pricing increase havent been here in months. you went from hood deals to the most expensive dispensary in phx. sad that money trumps patient needs just saying I wont be back why would u spend 55 on grow science when u can go 3 miles up the road and get it for 45.
Dispensary response:

Since it was my first time using my MMJ card and being in a dispensary, one of the connoisseurs explained everything about the MMJ card, as well as making the pickup and product understandable and how to best utilize it for me. Outstanding service and super quick.

We are thrilled to hear this feedback! Thank you! We take great pride in providing an educational and easy experience for first time patients since we understand it can sometimes be overwhelming. We look forward to helping you again soon.
