I don't shop their anymore because they don't carry grams, who wants to buy 8ths of crap that you don't know.

Everyone was super nice, upbeat. Good vibes. No wait. Great job at following CDC guidelines. Overall awesome experience :) I don’t live close, but would go out of my way for this kind of service.

Quick service and great prices highly recommend
It’s a very uncomfortable location. A lot of sketchy people. They do not offer curbside pick up as advertised. The times posted For curbside pick up don’t match the times they tell you. They have rules for curbside including a minimum purchase price not listed on leafly. Don’t place pick up orders here. It’s a mess. I sat for 20 mins, after my leafly order was confirmed and ready, to have them tell me I didn’t meet a requirements for a curbside pick up that we’re not listed on leafly or the pick up location signs. I watched almost 20 people enter this dispensary and maybe 4 come out. So much for limiting the waiting room and socially distancing. This place is not clean, the product is not a good quality. I don’t feel covid safe going into this building. Since they were bought out it’s been nothing but disappointments. Every time I place a pick up it takes forever or they won’t bring it curbside because they made new rules and didn’t tell leafly. Huge waste of time, there’s a lot better and classier dispensaries out there.

While not an excuse, there have been ongoing issues with MMS text messaging and our communications with Pick Up/Express orders due to stricter controls service providers are placing on Cannabis businesses. This had become a regular go to due to convenience and the fact they carry my fav grow by the half oz. Not to sound like a snob but this is medicine so i almost always only smoke very quality product. Any place I shop I am aware of what is carried an how to shop. I always I mean always stay away from copperstate flower. It makes me sick physically I dont know why but in my opinion it is garbage. I tell my budtender yesterday as Im picking out three grams because they have the 1/2 oz I want in stock just not on the floor yet so i am buying to get through the day???? I am picking out some things I had not tried and tell him anything but copperstate.. I check the menu today one to see if the flower i want to purchase is on the menu yet and also to see what i bought the day before as i got very ill after smoking one of the strains Member Berry.. I had to lose 4 hours of work this day and when I see that member berry is clearly copperstate on the menu I know know why I was sick..:( Very unhappy patient .. not just a customer.. I appreciate knowledgeable budtenders and your place is very miss instead of hit on the knowledge?? I hate to leave a review like this for anyone I also work in the industry ,... Please please educate all your staff or hire those with true knowledge and passion to continue to educate themselves this is a fast evolving field... This is Medicine to a lot of people not just a high and your company should also see it as so..

Wow what a horrible experience per usual over here. This staff is un believable i dont know if they are taking the product or what but as soon as they had their potent planet drop literally not even a minute on their menu i tried ordering some buffalato diamonds and the cured sauce but somehow the cured sauce was sold out within seconds which i don’t believe cause it was on their menu but wouldnt let me put in bag so i called and they said were out. So i put 2 buffalato diamonds in my cart and have the leafly receipt to prove i put 2 in there. I got the order confirmation and went for curbside pick up and what do you know she read over my products and mentioned only 1 buffalato and i asked her and showed her the receipt and she claims thats how the order came in. But my leafly receipt literally has 2 grams on it??? Crazy even with an online order i drive out an hour just to get disappointed here.

This USED to be my go-to, but it seems as theres a disconnect since the new ownership. Losing the daily breakfast club specials, the extreme decrease in great deals, the increase in expensive "branded" flower, and no longer carrying certain popular items have all compunded to a complete disregard of the demographic in the area. It's clear profits, and not patients, are the priority now.
(Most of) The people are still the best, but between the high turnover and shift in priorities I no longer shop here multiple times a week or even monthly. I might go in if there's something I can't find somewhere else, but there are few items I can't get elsewhere with the same, if not better quality, for less.
The "patient first" philosophy was one of the things that set Emerald apart. Its unfortunate that's no longer true.
