The bud tenders are absolutely amazing so helpful know the product but whenever you need a manager it’s always atrocious always argumentative and super aggressive. The management is absolutely garbage worst place so rude to customers and staff very disrespectful.

Every thing is over priced 50 dollars for gold teir drip wow taxing..... everything on the menu is more that at any other disp on az.

I purchased my two shango 8th for a deal 30% off came up to 94 $ I took out a bill so I ask Dre if we can add the pre roll and it come to 101.18 he help me with some change , help me not go back to ATM to take out more , really dope in my eyes

My last visit was the end of October. I believe that was my third visit. I’m very impressed with the service, professional & knowledgeable staff and the front desk has always been so friendly. I have learned much about differing strains from the staff. Always clean environment. My one complaint is every flower item I’ve purchased has been extremely dry & lacking in the flavor department. That has been disappointing. Even after allowing them time in the humidor the flavor is lacking. 😥 However the staff is so great, especially compared to other dispensary(s) closer to my house that I will continue to do business with Emerald for the time being.

This is the only flower store I go to anymore here in Arizona. I live in East Mesa, and work on this side of town in phx in the complex, that's how I found it. The staff is so nice here, its clean, a large open set up, and they have great products. Even though I tend to stick to the same thing, I have ventured off and tried others. EVERYTHING IS GREAT!! I purchased the Holiday box yesterday and it is WONDDERFUL. Jamie is by far my favorite bartender. Id try and ask for him!! HANDS DOWN BEST DISPO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!

Everyone always treats me great here. I was a total goof today and forgot my mask made a cool little thing out of my undershirt and got a couple of laughs. You can't beat it when GS drops off the smalls. Normally I only buy one to spread the wealth but they were on the menu for a whole day so I bought two of them. Seriously never go wrong with the GS smalls. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Also had a credit they gave me after I left a review about my FTP eighth being so bad I tossed it. They didn't have to do that. I still gave them five stars because it was a freebie. That was super cool and the kind of thing that builds loyalty.

I just went in as a first time patient had a horrible experience. I definitely will not be back to this dispensary. I planned on using their first time patient deal for a BOGO 8th. I looked at all of the reserve tier strains they had to offer. While I was making a decision on which one I would like to purchase, I asked which strains I was allowed to purchase as part of the BOGO, the bud tender snapped on me and said that she'd get to that once I chose a reserve strain first. This makes absolutely no sense. Absolute horrible customer service. I said I'm good and walked out of there without another word. There is never a reason for a bud tender to be rude and disrespectful to a paying customer. I just wanted to see what I was allowed to buy before I bought it. I didn't want to just make a blind purchase and apparently that's against the rules.

This is the dispo I go to religiously, BUT I am getting very frustrated with their inability to update leafly with certain drops. specifically GS smalls, and potent planet. We have learned that if we call you you will say "yes we have that" when you don't. So in the middle of a pandemic the only way to know if u have what I want is to keep coming into your store and maximize the risk of getting myself or others COVID. Why are you the only dispo having such a tough time figuring out how to update leafly?

This place can never get your order correct. I make my order above 60$ so I can get curbside pickup but then get told to come inside because I don’t qualify for curbside pickup. Turns out they just couldn’t read and blamed it on “the system”.
