Ariel was really awesome, helpful and patient and I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and vibes all around.

It’s always so easy and painless to go here. All of the employees are professional and helpful!

Nice facility with friendly staff. Large selection. However it is crowded inside the dispensary due to social distancing. Also, it was hard to hear my salesperson behind the plexiglass and his mask.

Love this place. In and out in 5 minutes. They have tablets at each station so you can choose right there with them. Friendly and super quick

It was my first visit here for recreational about a week ago. I was helped by Tori, and overall had a great experience. There was a good sized line, but it moved pretty quickly, and as long as you know what you want, you'll be in and out in about 3 or 4 minutes. Really smooth and clean operation. Has a much better vibe than verilife in Aurora.

I like how well some of the patient care advisors take care of me and go the extra mile. For all the money I spend there, they try to save me as much money as possible and get me the best deals possible which keeps me coming back. TORI GETS 5 ⭐️ and a couple others there that have taken care of me deserves gratitude!

I love it at zen leaf all the staff have a lot of knowledge, the place is always up beat an positive its a great place to go for the best products and brands in illinois and are always stocked which is REALLY important they have a great system where you can get in there quickly but have great service and they take the time to answer any questions

Quick, clean, and professional. Got great product too. It's a bit expensive so I buy the shake, and then some Swift Lifts or Dogwalkers to balance it all out.

The Customer Service is amazing. They always make sure to greet me when I walk in the door. Even today after there was a mistake to my medical purchase. They went above and beyond to fix the mistake and make sure I got exactly what I needed. Thank You so much Joe and team!!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Management needs training. Used to be ok, staff was always friendly. George the security guy is really great. But Kate the manager is not skilled enough to be working with people. Do not spend money here. You are not valued there.

Crock!! It’s January 1, and they just now added the (medical only) onto their title. They “hope” to have recreational by spring. WHAT???

I worked with Casey on my visit here. Extremely helpful and knowledgable.... awesome person to work with. It was a bit chaotic there with the long wait (covid-19 induced) and slow getting into the dispensary. I recommend using the pre-order and curbside pickup to save time if you know what you want to buy.

Went on one of the first recreational sales days. Shopping outside Chicago, this was the most stress-free experience I've had buying since legalization in January. Make sure you try and get Tori as your budtender- she's 5 stars too!

My experiences with Zen Leaf have always been extremely positive. From the security guards to the entire staff inside, everyone is super friendly and very helpful. Additionally, they have an excellent menu to choose from with a lot of different choices. Zen Leaf is easily one of the best dispensaries I have ever visited.

Best menu in the state and more importantly the best PEOPLE. Bud master Chelsie rocks-strain specialist, inventory knowledgeable and FUN! It is fun to watch Budmaster Chelsie expertly and kindly help the newcomer and with equal expertise help the Zen veteran. The people and inventory set Zenleaf clearly at the forefront in Chicagoland.

This is the only dispensary I will go to, to get my medicine. The staff is great and welcoming. Sparks helped me out today and was very helpful on helping me pick medicine that would be good for me. Zen Leaf St. Charles is great!
