I’ve been a customer of ZenLeaf, since it opened when it was initially called the herbal care center. I made great relationships there and know many of the employees. I found them to be helpful, professional and knowledgeable when selecting the right product to fit my needs. Especially appreciate Anthony, the manager as he has been there from the beginning the atmosphere is modern well designed with always a good selection to suit my needs. Therefore, I highly recommend ZenLeaf to anyone looking for a dispensary. It is far better than others. I bet visited in the city five stars …….👍

I got 1/8 of flower. There was a secret sale on it (30% off) & I didn’t realize why until I read the jar and it was dated 12/2022. It’s the oldest flower I’ve had but I usually shop at the highland park location. I won’t shop this location anymore. But I’m glad I get to try a new flower for less money.

The last 2 times I went in this location were wack! It’s upsetting because my first visit I left a 5 start review on how good the customer service was. Highly doubt I’ll be coming back. These are the reasons MSO have a bad rep every customer encounter should leave the customer with good spirits not wishing they would’ve took their hard earn money elsewhere. 2 thumbs down!! 👎🏾 👎🏾

Verano is a ripoff with their half full, short fused cartridges and prerolls that don't work - stay away!

By far best customer service of any dispensary in Illinois. Tai provided professional customer service and was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! The selection is great and they tend to have great discounts and specials. So happy that I have such a quality neighborhood dispensary that I can go to.

My friend and I, two old people who bought our first weed years before any of the people in the store were born, had a wonderful experience with the help of Ian D. Ian knew everything, we knew little, besides what was obvious to us 50 years ago. Ian was so gracious and helpful that I decided to spare him endless nostalgic stories about what I was smoking, who had rolled it, and where I had been at the time. Who needs to hear all that stuff? If you had told me that in my dotage I would be getting a senior discount for legal buds I don't know what I would have thought. Of course, if I had just smoked something, I probably wouldn't have been thinking much. Ian told us we were eligible for a "Wisdom Discount." I didn't disabuse him of the idea that anyone gets wiser as they age. Who needs to know that stuff? In any case, Ian is a rare find for disseminating relevant information with charm and sensitivity. You have a nice joint in which to get a joint. Thanks.

When I come to the west loop store I look for Jameel. He helps me the best to get everything perfect I wish the whole staff was that way .I really only want to go to Jameel.

By far the best dispensary in Chicago for it’s laid-back vibe and clean store layout. I also love how friendly the staff is! Quinn always gives the best recommendations, and is super knowledgeable about concentrates. Keeps me coming back!

I loved getting to the location at a quiet time. I was helped right away by Jameel. (I also left a review on your location in Evanston because I didn't even see that there was more than one!) Jameel was extremely helpful! I just got a new pen and didn't know much about the possible options for cartridges and he provided the information I needed to make the right choice. I also like the set up of this location in general. It's fast, there isn't usually too much of a line and the overall aesthetic is inviting.

ve this dispensary. I love the location, the front desk employees, the budtenders, and the products.
You don’t feel like a fish out of water when you come in. I consider myself a novice at best when it comes to marijuana, so when I go in I just say what I’m curious about or what feelings/effects I’m looking for and the bud tender shares their recommendations.
Speaking of budtenders, mega shoutout to Mikey, Angelica, George (manager) and Nanda. They have helped me, my condo neighbor, and even my parents for their first trip to a dispensary. So helpful, kind and patient!
What is also super neat about this place is the weekly specials they offer. If you sign up for emails - they get sent to you so you can plan what you want to purchase for the week.
I cannot recommend this location to enough. Whether you are a expert or a first timer - the staff here will help you find exactly what you need want.

This review is for a gentleman named Rolan at the call center for Zen leaf I was trying to find the strain name for the high Supply popcorn and this guy called every dispensary and tried to contact them individually to find the name of the strains she spent a lot of time trying to help me this man gets a big thumbs up and I hope for more customer service like I had today A plus plus plus
