The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean and pleasant. I have always wanted to visit a dispensary. Very excited, almost like a kid at Christmas time. Shannon was very helpful and answered all of my questions. My purchase was easy and I am very happy with my purchases! Thank you for making my first experience painless! Will be back very soon!!

I am a regular customer who visits the store every 2 weeks for several months. I have read all the reviews and disagree with negative commentary. The customer service is the best I have had in any retail experience in 20 years. I am greeted by my first name and I always receive suggestions for available product based on my medical card. The budtenders are not pressuring me; in fact, they help work with my 'donation budget' and offer products that meet my needs. Haters hate all they want. If you're 'medically legit' then you will LOVE Zen Leaf.

The lady with the "Carole Did It" face mask who was dealing with IDs in the front ( we did not catch her name) was super personable, respectful & appreciative of the wait outside; very friendly. Cool vibes all around from her. Dominic, the one who had cashed us out, was also super friendly; super helpful with us and the product. Also, he was patient with our questions. Thank you to the aforementioned, and overall, staff of this establishment. In addition, thank you, Dominic, for the specific help & answers to our complication.

Michigan has wonderful marijuana, and this dispensary has given me great service and products since my first visit. ZenlLeaf's organization and customer service set it apart. The procedure for picking up online orders is so clear and the staff is courteous and quick. The only downside of some high prices doesn't really count against this shop because it applies to every Michigan dispensary I've browsed. ZenLeaf has been so consistent I've only been to one other dispensary in the state once. Strongly recommend

So this was my first time here, I ordered online for pick up and received my order just fine. I had to go back because there was a mix up with product and they fully took care of me and really made it right. Steve was such a great employee and helped me out so much. Can't say enough about how good this place takes care of their customers. Nice work guys! Steve you are the man!

Unprofessional upon arrival. Website had incorrect info about edibles. Gummies say 100mg. They are only 60mg but are the same price as the 100mg everywhere else. That’s just shady business. Then when I called-there was no apology. Just yep that’s how it is. We won’t be back.
