Checked them out for the first time today was a nice place but have to say im very disappointed with the flower i got. I got what was suposed to be there best highest thc flower at 18$ a gram have only smoked a joint and bowl and have found 4 seeds already not happy

First day was hectic but none of the bud tenders seemed to know what they were doing. They didn't know how to weigh out my flower properly with people leaning on the counter and other customers literally speaking over my flower that is being weighed . They spilled flower that I paid for on the table and didn't replace. The manager with long hair that is balding is not management material, he has no patience and repeatedly calls you either "man" or "dude". He was impatient with me and the bud tender as I had already been waiting for over half an hour. The gummies are mislabeled, saying 100 mg But on the printout it is actually 87.95 for $20. The same 100 my is $10 everywhere else. After all the stress, the manager STILL didn't apply the proper discount! Over priced and amateur! Please learn to be on the same page, I shouldn't have to talk to 3 different people at the counter. That is a recipe for miscommunication and upset patients that won't be so quick to return!

I agree on most parts as to one other review on 1 slight difference for me, the only thing i thought worth getting since i waited that long on there opening day which was well expected....was their $12 dollar preroll 1 gm considering there flower was well over priced as well as every thing else and i agree witgh their lack in Knowledge as well as first time patients normally welcome with a free pre rolls or a gram and even $10 dollar off so this was a joke but that being said i still have hope they get it together...not to mention the extra step at check out i found slowing checkout. I have hope for you Buck town.

Very poor customer service. No specials available. Very confused with who was helping me, who wasn’t, and who was ringing me up! I decided to end my experience just watching 4 other people shop whom had gotten there after me and the prices of vape carts were outrageous, and the selection, was not even shown to me. Top shelf prices of bud were the highest I think I’ve seen. Not sure if I will go back. I did purchase a $50 vape tip, just to support your efforts. Good luck!!

Flower is wayyy over priced for its quality! $45 an eight for low tier ridiculous! Service is okay. Atmosphere is okay, but not the feel of a provision center like Green Door, Lake Effect, or any other I’ve been to! I sure hope this place gets better, but after 4 visits I’m not sure! Curious if there were any demographic studies of the town and surrounding areas were taken before opening? As consensus seems to be over priced and minimal selection.

This store is new and clean. Cannaliciuos carts are way over priced for the quality. The buds were all tiny popcorn nugs. I didnt even want to sniff them they looked so bad. You cant smell any of the concentrates before you buy them...so its a crap shoot with what you get based on a made up name/strain. The edibles were fine, but again way over priced. Also the pre-rolls i got were old. Date on them was from 2-3 months ago? It tasted like poo! PRICES TOO HIGH!

Despite some of the negative comments I've seen here, I have enjoyed my experiences at Zen Leaf!
Grand openings are always busy and hectic, so I expected that.
But apart from the crowd, the staff is awesome. Super friendly, knowledgable and patient. Menu is starting to grow and the product selection is great. I'll keep coming back!

I realize you guys just opened but 50 dollars for a gram is out of my price range. I only smoke wax so Id rather drive an extra 30 minutes to cut that price in half. At least offer something cheaper because I can’t even buy my meds from you at this point. Staff was courteous though.

Do not buy RSO from this place, I looked up the company name and the percentage of Cannabis in it, very low 66% not even could you call it RSO, go to green door, there RSO tested out at 99.999%, cheaper, give a discount to the disabled people like myself, this place is owned by a corporation, that’s what we have to avoid!!!!!

Very good products however very pricy when compared to others. However, it's the closest in the area. There are a couple of workers that treated my mom a little bit unfairly, but i'm passed that now. Great products regardless.

Glad to see a provision center in Berrien Country. That being said the quality to cost ratio is great. You can find the same products at other provision centers for a fraction of the cost. I have been back several times but I did have a service related incident on my first visit that left a very bad taste. Hopefully the negatives can be attributed to trying to navigate a new business.
