Zen Leaf - Buchanan (Medical)

I see that many people leaving reviews complaining about the prices here. Well, for one, I am glad they are there and that Buchanan (as well as the state of Michigan) are slowly being dragged into the 21st century! Eventually, the prices should come down, and I don't always have the time to drive to Portage or Bangor...

I absolutely adore the staff, facility and products at this ZenLeaf location. I have been a patient with them from their first day opening and have NEVER been disappointed with the quality of the products I purchase or by the knowledge and kindness of the staff. I recommend them to other patients constantly and always look forward to stopping in!

It’s beautiful inside, the quality of the products I bought were great. I got about what I expected from the experience. A newly opened business is always a bit rough around the edges at first, The waiting room needs more ventilation. I also believe it could operate a bit more smoothly with a small hand menu, that way people can get an idea of what they’d want while in the waiting room. Perhaps even a question mark placed on the floor so if someone has a question about the product they are easily recognized and can be helped, creating more space upfront at the check out. Even still everyone was friendly and willing to help. I don’t think they expected to receive so many smile in their doors. Remember it can only get better from here!

I'm from out of state and all of the bud tenders have been great. I had 1 bad experience since coming here 7 months now. I hope this store continues to put their patients 1st.

I don't usually deal with dispensaries so prices seemed high to me but on par with other shops. Other than that the quality and variety was on point. The bud tender was helpful and knowledgeable but I already knew what I was after. I'll definitely return from time to time for something different.

This place is awesome. The staff and product are top self. The pick up service is awesome and easy. I had a order that was wrong and Adam straightened it all out. .Adam was very helpful, very courteous, very much informative. He deserves a raise. The employees are always helpful, From order to pick up. Go here and send your money!!

every other dispensary in Michigan will sell you a local product. this dispensary gets their product from Grand Rapids. every other dispensary in Michigan has a simple little form that you sign stating you acknowledge the products are not approved or sanctioned by state of Michigan. turning their back on local Growers. The prices are extremely high and the quality is not. the product is not of low quality just too expensive for the quality that it is.

I love that I don't have to drive to Portage anymore to buy my medicine. the staff is very helpful and informative. Some of the stuff is more pricey but other stuff is much cheaper compared to Niles. I just like that it's so close and they have a wide variety of edibles, concentrates, flower, etc. Love you guys!

I've been to ZenLeaf Buchanan a few times now. The Bad- The 14 dollar pre-rolls from High Life Farms don't burn well at all. The concentrates are way too expensive and they don't offer 1/2 gram increments of wax. They also have no THC-a diamonds. Bud is overpriced, edible price is also higher than local dispensaries. The good- Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The building is very nice and upscale with modern decor. Parking is convenient. Flower quality is nice. The 20% off discount for first timers is cool. Their edible selection is decent, as is the amount of vape cartridges on shelves. Their online menu inventory reflects what they actually have in stock.

They’ve improved a lot since opening weekend. I enjoy the convenience of how close they are. They are about $5 higher than the average in my area..... The Head Master Kush, produced by Redbud Roots Laboratories, IS ON POINT! I also tried the HMK by Redbud Roots, also a good product. I believe I should buy local, support local. Thanks ZenLeaf for supporting local and providing a great medical relief for our community.

I've been here four times already and I can tell how much they care about their knowledge and ability to help suggest the best medicine. They will research any questions you have if they aren't sure and they ask every time I come back how the products I got were working and if something didn't work they try and find the best next option until something helps. I feel relief more than ever, they carry great quality products and hire quality employees as well!

A cannabis oasis in a generally dispensary barren area of Michigan! Phenomenal staff, sophisticated atmosphere, and only the highest quality products. I will also mention this is the only dispensary I've been in in Michigan where the owner will come out and greet the customers. To me this is the cherry on top in terms of customer service (and he's an awesome dude to boot!). I would recommend this dispensary to those with discerning tastes, to cannoisseurs, and to anyone looking for some of the best medicine cannabis plants can offer.

I love the atmosphere and the product knowledge that my patient care adviser gives me! Not only do I feel comfortable, but I also feel that they aren't just trying to "push a sale" on to me either. I get what I NEED. not only do they respect that, but they listen as well. Everything that I've tried is ALL quality, so happy I don't have to drive and take off a whole day to get my medicine. And i'm also finally happy that these patient care advisers finally know what they are talking about and know what each product does for me!! THANK YOU ZEN LEAF. can't wait to come back!!!
