Online signup form was quick and simple, spoke to a representative at Mango Medicinal to schedule a tele-meeting with the doctor, and they were very helpful. Doctor was also very nice on the phone, not rushed at all, and I received my card in just a few days, not even a week. Everything about this location is great. Dr. Hendry rocks - I'm considering going to her as my PCP, even though she doesn't accept insurance & I have 2, because it'd be worth it to have a doctor instead of a calligrapher.

Peter knows more about cannabis than anyone I've ever known and is extremely passionate about it's uses and benefits. Anne is so sweet and I enjoyed talking with her.
