I was a little worried about paying the money up front, but they have a money-back guarantee if you aren't certified so that put me at ease. They got me certified right away and had top of the line customer service. I was able to do the whole appointment from home on my smart phone. They even went out of their way to walk me through the application step by step when I called with a couple questions after my appointment.
