my first time there last week while visiting your fine state . I must say I was so impressed with my Budtender Stephanie she was Extremely helpful and very informative. above all that She was Amazing. She is Definitely Manager Material. see you next year Stephanie.

So this was my Second time for a in-store purchase. The first time did lack a bit on customer service but that being said Shane reached out to me and I voiced my opinion. Just let me say this Shane Bonnie Tommy and Matt went above and Beyond to make things right. I don't visit the Dispensaries around town much and NCW is like 38 miles away from me but I will drive there anytime I can. Reason being NCW is Probably the only place who Truely care about their Patients/Customers. They have an Amazing Team working for them and I felt like I was a top priority Patient . Let me say no I didn't spend an enormous amount of money so that wasn't the reason for the Outstanding Service and Information I received from them. If I could give them a 100 Stars then I would they well deserve it. If your looking for great product and Informative insight into Medical Cannabis then this is your one stop Place.
