This is, hands down, my favorite strain. Every time I smoke it, I get happy, unselfconscious, and talkive. No other strain puts me on such a social, uplifting high. I often use it in the mornings when I feel depression creeping in, and it kickstarts my day. I get things done and keeps negativity at bay. I've used it for a couple family gatherings and, thanks to it, I actually had a good time. While it's impossible to guarantee every individual will have the same experience, I really can't recommend this enough.

I'll admit that I was pretty skeptical after the "LEGAL WEED" sign went up on Main Street, but The Green Shelf is a super nice recreational store! It's got a good amount of floor space, really friendly employees, good quality product, and a general sense of sophistication. The Green Shelf has their products spread out in a series of glass display cases. Each product has a label and price next to it. The products are pretty spread out, so it would have been really nice if there was a condensed menu. This shop is pretty new, so considering, their selection is pretty good, but I'd love to see them expand. However, what they might currently lack in quantity, they make up for in quality. The bud from this shop is really high quality. One problem in Ellensburg's other pot shop is how dry the bud is. Not so in The Green Shelf. Quality is way higher without a huge price increase, which is great! (Most grams were $15 or so.) I've been in twice now and both times that employees have been super nice and easy to talk to! They're super enthusiastic and helpful. Overall, I really love The Green Shelf and would highly recommend it!

Pineapple Chunk has a sweet aroma with skunky undertones. The smell is pretty potent, but ultimately pleasant. This strain produces an incredibly potent head high. The first half an hour of the high, I was engrossed in an amazing state of euphoria complete with some mild visual hallucinations. After that first wave passed, I was left in a pleasant, relaxed state. This entire high felt amazing. The intense head rush and complete relaxation makes this strain pretty special in my book. This strain didn’t cause any appetite increase, but after the high passed, I found myself very sleepy and ended up falling asleep for a few hours. The drowsiness lasted the rest of the day, but a little caffeine could fix that.

This was the first shop I took my mom too. She was nervous and kind of unsure, but luckily the employee we talked to was incredibly nice, explained everything well, and even "cheered her on". Additionally, we never felt pressured or ignored. I am very, very grateful to her for making my mother feel more comfortable and at ease without being judged. The shop is a good size, not huge but enough space for lots of merchandise and standing room. The shop definitely has a more "edgy" feel to it, which I don't mind, but wasn't my mother's speed, so be aware if that's an issue. My mom didn't want to deal with actual flower, so we only focused on vape pens and edibles. Their selection is good, but they don't have refrigerated stuff. They have a few different vape pen brands, which was nice. Their prices were also better than what I've seen elsewhere, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, 420 Carpenter is a great shop with awesome employees and good prices. I might not have chosen to take a nervous first timer there because of the atmosphere, but it was overall a really great experience.

This tiny little shop located behind an adorable old fashioned gas station is a great dispensary for a small town. It has a decent variety of rotating stock that includes bud, concentrate, pre-rolls, and edibles. The staff is awesome and super helpful! I first time I came in I asked if they sold spare sliders because mine was broken and they just gave me on for free. They also know their stuff and can find you what you're looking for. However, the store is very small. It's clean and well lit, but the cramped quarters aren't ideal when a rush shows up. All in all, though it doesn't compare to the dispensaries in big cities, Cannabis Central is a great little shop to supply a small town. If you're road tripping across Washington, this is a great shop to visit in between you destination!

This is a head high of head highs! It induces a really good euphoric feeling that pulled me out of cycle of negative energy. It made me feel very happy and relaxed and hungry. After the high passed, I had a hard time sleeping, so I wouldn't recommend this for pre-sleep toking.
