I had a poor experience with the checkout process. The cashier was texting on her phone and seemed annoyed when I asked her to correct my medical order, which she had mistakenly rung up as a recreational sale despite the fact I showed her my medical ID. Her lack of professionalism and bad attitude were very off-putting. I’ve been a medical patient since 2014 and have had my fair share of experiences with arrogant budtenders, however this one takes the cake. I will not be returning to Curaleaf Bell - too many other options nearby with the same products, same deals and budtenders that don’t act upset that you’re interrupting their screen time when picking up an order.

High prices, hit and miss quality... So many more consistent options for better prices. Goodbye TruMed!

Went searching for a new spot after the dispensary I frequented for 7 years did away with the mask requirement. Great customer service and staff that actually seems to want to quickly help you. I'll definately be returning.

They advertise curbside pick up, but do not actually offer the service when you call to ask about it. Very loose enforcement of social distancing and mask wearing... for instance, the security guard was inside the lobby on Saturday afternoon without a mask and holding casual conversation with patients. Too many other places doing it “right” to take the risk dealing with Nirvana’s half baked covid precautions. Will spend my money elsewhere and you should, too.

It is unacceptable that Yilo allows patients into their dispensary who are not wearing a face mask. City and county regulations have very clearly required masks in public for weeks. I will not spend money at any business that puts others comfort above my personal safety. Goodbye Yilo!!

40+ minute wait for Leafly online order. People loitering in parking lot and and packed waiting room gave a very low class experience. I’d rather spend a few more bucks somewhere else to save myself the frustration of dealing with disorganized staff at HWC. I do not plan on ever returning.

Dear Arizona Organix,get back to selling high quality meds. You should be ashamed for selling Encanto Green Cross's solvent filled sh*t shatter and educate staff better to explain it is a guest strain. I expect high quality from AZOrganix and feel it is taking advantage of my trust in your brand to sell me this low quality product with your name on it. Nobody is impressed and customers are not stupid... Wonder why you can't get rid of the dark brown Jesus OG and Sugar Cookies??

Waiting room is always dirty and express orders rarely work the first try. Last batch of Durban Poison shatter had so much butane left in it that an open flame will light it one fire!! Not medicine, literally garbage
