$10 is, in fact, the correct price for a gram of shatter on sale. Looks like they have the higher-teir concentrates, which is great, but dosing is so much easier with shatter, and I'm on that medical tolerance. The layout and design of the store is very efficient and attractive. Not that important but really doesn't hurt. AJ was super friendly, seemed to have actual history and experience in the industry pre-rec, and was able to come across as a stoner without sacrificing competence. That's a damn, tight rope to walk - being able to sell to burnouts and grandmas, alike.

Just about ruined my 7/10. Security guard shook me down and threatened me when I entered. Jose Gonzalez was either really stoned (like, too high for work by even a weed store standards) or purposely incompetent. the store cleared no less than three times while he tried to complete my very simple order while completely ignoring me. I witnessed the security guard harass other people while other cashiers moved through customers with ease. Also, their concentrates, the Echo line, has seriously declined since rec. The whole place is a garbage hole since the shift to rec. Not worth even shopping deals. Drive up to Mesa, The Good Dispensary. Good people, good prices

The security guard was crazy rude. He told me he did not want my business. I asked to speak to management and then the security guard with white hair working for A-Team Security, Don, called me boy about 3 times. He seemed to think I was a rec patient and was looking down on me accordingly. Grady, the manager, came out and fixed it, eventually. I will only go back there because he handled the situation properly.

I just stopped by for a gram of shatter at my lunch, and Cody was super helpful. We had a great conversation, and he ended up showing me some solid deals on flower and dabs. I'll be back for more soon!

The new setup was awesome, and the flower, shatter, and high-end concentrate selections were great. Ruby was very helpful with our checkout, and everyone was great in the store.

Fantastic first experience. Great service, Doug answered all of my questions and found me the right bud for what I need. Got a milkshake at Whataburger after. Fantastic store placement guys.
