American Cannabis Company - Newcastle

I've always gotten great product from American Cannabis Company. I've been a customer for about a year now. The employees are actually nice now, which is a change from the earlier, less compassionate evening crew. The only issue I have is that every time but once I've ordered online (using either Leafly or Weedmaps), the order was not received. Then I'm at a loss to remember everything I wanted, unless I take a photo of my online order. Even if I do that, I don't get what I want.
As a disabled woman with PTSD, I don't like crowds anymore, and i cant think under pressure anymore, i also have sundowners syndrome with dementia. I order online because I can't think straight under pressure with my illness. I order from here because I can't drive anymore, so I either need someone to take me there, or I have to walk. I know Oklahoma needs delivery. That being said, I am a patient who uses marijuana for real medical purposes. I research these products before I come in, and therefore know I'm getting something that will help me. i cant just go out of this town, so i pay the higher prices, not by choice for sure, and It would be great if American Cannabis Company would fix its online system. It's not about the discount, since I've never gotten a discount going there. If you could fix your online service, that would be awesome. ~Thank you ~ Cherie
