Wow, wow, wow! D’Ann went above and beyond to help me out. Even though Elevated didn’t have my strain, they made sure I didn’t walk away unhappy. This level of friendly service is simply unmatched anywhere else in the bay. Highly recommend, especially if D’Ann is behind the counter!

I sorely miss this strain!! Available in Chicago/Illinois only, I haven’t found it out in Cali 😭😭😭. This will make you feel energized and happy. I generally don’t like being around people when I smoke…this makes me feel social and relaxed. The absolute best — grab this strain whenever you see it!

This is an amazing product for relaxing or sleep. I emptied out the pre roll and smoked it in an Arizer. Very pleasant and doesn’t make me groggy the next day.

A little earthy with a little sweet. This is a must try strain! Wonderful 50/59 hybrid feel; you're nice and relaxed, but you don't feel stuck in a couch. Love this strain!

Seriously, this place is the worst. I was looking for a specific strain for pain & inflammation. When I asked for the strain by name, they were out, but recommended another saying it's "basically the same thing". According to leafly, it's not. Not even close. There was a new guy there who was squirrelly, making me super uncomfortable. They didn't ask why I wanted that specific strain. They just seemed to care about getting high. Because I felt so uncomfortable, I just grabbed the recommendation and got out as fast as I could. What a mistake -- both in following their recommendation and for going to this dispensary. If you're looking just to get high, these guys are probably fine. If you're actually trying to treat a medical condition, this place isn't worth the time or effort.

I'm going to second another reviewer who said they need an express line. I have called ahead to place my order, as they suggest, and I still have to wait behind someone who is asking a bunch of questions. I've waited nearly an hour at this place during the very busy times. The prices are compatible to other dispensaries in the city and so are their special sales. They offer a "loyalty discount" if you keep buying from them. The only thing that some other dispensaries have on Moca is a quantity discount. It'd be really nice to get a discount for us quantity shoppers. While the selection is top-notch, they have omitted products based on their own tastes. One such item I really wish they would carry is shake -- I prefer to smoke my herb with herbs so it's slow and steady. I've been wasting a lot of good flower because they don't have shake. It would be nice if they somehow figured out which budtenders' recommendations are best for certain ailments. For example, one of the women really knows her stuff when it comes to strains for pain. Another, one of the guys, provides great recommendations for uplifting/mood improving strains. Not every person needs to be perfect for every condition, but it'd be cool if they would self-identify who is most knowledgeable in specific areas. Overall, this is a really nice space with great bud tenders. They still have kinks to work out, but it seems they keep improving (I've been a patient for almost a year and have noticed how they have made their processes better). For one of the largest selections, it's worth it for me to drive past other (closer) dispensaries to shop at Moca. I highly recommend this place.

One of my new "must get" strains! This is truly a gem, with a noticeable body feel while still feeling alert and intelligent. It kills my pain while still keeping me awake -- always a bonus!!

Kbk is easily among a short list of my favorite strains available in chicago. The body is apparent without being overwhelming. My thoughts remain open and creative. If I were seeking a sedative strain, this doesn't cut it for me. I remained awake and focused well past 2am. It is a great strain for relaxing, though, as it helped to abate some anxiety. The grape/berry flavor is pleasantly strong -- something I always look forward to enjoying with kbk.
