Stop by HWC, where you're not just a patient, you're a source of money for our delightful but truly overpriced products. I've been a medical patient for 6 years. This dispensary does not care about "PATIENTS", it cares about money. Compared to the pre-recreational prices for only medical, it has almost doubled. For those who use medical Marijuana, for medical purposes, this dispensary doesn't care for you. They simply want your money. HWC was my favorite for years, in fact I recommended many patients go here. But I can no longer in good conscience recommended to anyone over priced medicine.

I called to simply ask a few questions to learn about a product they had advertised, and the Colorado laws as I am from out of state. I was told by the Mecretary that he/she needed to get off the phone and couldn't answer my questions. The whole thing was a bit rude. Honestly not how a receptionist should respond to a potential customer. To summarize I'd rather shop anywhere else over here.

So many bad things to say about this dispensary. very poor customer service. still wet flower (which leads to moldy weed). or it's to dry and you smoke a gram in one hit. they constantly have multiple people behind the front desk, but never seem to be able to answer the phone. if you purchase their concentrates go ahead and weigh it out yourself. see if I'm wrong. they are not full grams half the time at least. I used to buy ounces of concentrates from them. at least once a week I would stop in and pick up an ounce. but I am tired of their lust for money, the inferior quality products, and the fact that they don't properly weigh their products. if I purchase one gram it should weigh 1 gram. it's really simple. ask them if they test their concentrates for residual materials such as heavy metals or pesticides. I was told by multiple budtenders that they do not test their concentrates. on social media they cannot take criticism. they simply delete the follower and their comment. so for many reasons I will never shop here again and I would recommend never to shop here.

I asked for half an ounce. A q of green crack, and 8th of chronic thunder and an 8th of blueberry. the girl rang up a full ounce. turned my q into a half and my 8ths into Q's. then I paid. but just as she was putting it in the bag I realized she goofed up my whole order. I asked for it to be fixed. so they took half the oz back and gave me my change. but told me they couldn't get me my allotment back. but could give me a number to call. so I waited for the "number" which turned out to be a website not a number. after spending a decent amount of time on said website I found the number to call. they transferred me 3 times to tell me, all you can do is go on azdhs.gov and complain. not fix anything. just complain. so thank you desert Rose for you competent staff.

Love the fact that tax is included in the overall price

My absolute favorite strain. Such an invigorating mind buzz, with an unparalleled taste. Like an orgasm for your mind and taste buds. Doesn't matter if it's flower or that gooey concentrate it's worth your hard earned cheddar.

One of the best strains for migraines. Concentrate form even better.
