this place is always surprise me! The first time I went there I was very surprised by the quality of flour and by the prices that they had as well as the variety of brands that they carry. but most importantly this last time I went in there I went to go pick up the timeless holiday pack will you get 3 full grams of timeless carts for 125 plus a battery great deal! I called in ahead of time and had both of them set aside for me to come in and pick up and as soon as I arrived they let me know that both of my things were still being held. not only did I come in and purchase the two holiday packs but because I made the purchase I received a free timeless wall clock to my surprise it was very big and very cool. the other very cool part about this experience was that because I spent over a certain dollar amount I qualified for a free half ounce of flower, however because of my allotment I wasn't able to take home said free 1/2 oz of flower. to my surprise they said that they would honor that free half ounce of flower the next time I came in to make my purchase. if that's not customer service I don't know what is! I always will recommend this dispensary not only for their generosity but for the quality and professionalism.

normally I would give this location 5 starts but I went in on black Friday and everything went well except when I got home. I ordered a half ounce in grams of 2 specific strains. the white and fire pebbles. I got home and wished the grams out and every single one of them is short by .1 that's over a gram short on a half ounce. so don't buy what they sell in grams

every single time I come in here I am just absolutely blown away by the quality of flour and concentrates that comes out of this dispensary! they're service on top of that is just as great! every time I come here either with my girlfriend or with one of my other friends who happens to be a patient they are always hooking us up last time they gave me a free dab mat! I love this place and that is why I keep coming!

if you don't know yilo is the place to go for any edible ever. They have the biggest selection and best tasting EVERYTHING! Now the flower I will be honest, didn't start off too good.... however now they have stepped it up and the quality is definitely there! I got some Gaston here and hot damn that shit was fire. they have better in house as well as carrying one of my favorites at a great price and that is grow science. come here they are great people with knowledge. that's always important. plus they always have mad deals here.

I came today as my first day. heard lots of great things about this place! first impression is wow! This building is nice and when you walk in its clean and open. The selection here is outstanding! everything smells delightful. very kind and knowledgeable. this is a place I will for sure come back to.

So I went in on the last day of their 5year anniversary sale 30 min before they closed. I drove by parked in the parking lot and tried to call in my order LMAO 😂😂😂😂😂. I saw the front and there was a line out the door! The very nice homegirl on the phone told me she couldn't do the phone order which I understood it was super busy, and let me know it was about a 30 to 35 min wait. I got out and walked in with my girl and we checked in. you could tell people were on edge time get their product lol! after checking in we stepped outside and vaped, waited until about 8 pm And then came inside as they had closed and wanted patients who had checked I to wait inside. it wasn't long after that that we were called back to place our orders. we worked with Marty who is the mother of one of the managers. she was beyond pleasant! she gave solid recommendations and had the best attitude. they all had smiles on their faces and very grateful. I love this place and all of their staff. the quality is unreal here. by far some of the best buds in town.

okay so I've been to this location a few times and I've never had any problems not to say that today was a problem but I did have to come in because my cartridge that I purchased was not working on the pen that I already own or the battery I should say. so when I got in I explain the situation to the person helping me she told me that because the cartridge works when they test it there may not be something that they can do , but she insisted that she go grab the manager. she grabbed the manager the manager came out I explain to my story to her the manager said that she will come me a pen from their location to make sure that it works with the cartridge. I was beyond excited to hear that seeing how is that they wouldn't exchange the cartridge for me I believe that was a very fair compromise I wanted the cartridge anyway it just wasn't working on my pin this place had a great service they took care of what I needed and I'm a happy customer. please come back and see these people they do a great job they're very fair price and the wait is never too long plus their people are very knowledgeable and very service oriented.
