I ordered online the canceled my order twice, then its says to call, no one answers the phone. They really expect medical patients to come in without a guarantee. Most of these dispensaries dont car about their medical patients we should boycott them and go back to the streets buying or grow our own

Ive been going to this location since it was Swell, since they had deli style flower, they were one of my favorite places. Lately, its seem like its always a system issue. I had a VIP discount and vet. Earlier this year supposedly the system erased all the of the discount which hey it happens. I brought my paperwork to show im a vet BUT even without that I am a frequent shopper so the vip discount would work just fine (They said it was fixed). Earlier this week the discounts were deleted AGAIN....What bothers me is having to prove that I was either 1 when the can literally go to my profile to see that I use the VIP discount. The new manager just made it a difficult situation when he could've just looked. Then when I asked them how to get a VIP he acted like it was a secret. Im like wouldn't you want you customers to know how get VIP status Ive never heard of a POE keeping that a secret. Before the atmosphere was inviting, the prices were the best and they HAD the best deals. If they can switch their strains like they switch mangers I think they can get back to how they use to be. Ive been a loyal customer for yrs that was really ridiculous and i dont ever cause problems.. smh

I love the smoke, the deals, always good conversation... i really wish they can get some type of text system so when you check in you can wait in your car if you want instead of 100°+. Glad they working on the online system. I miss they lady with dreadlocks haven't seen her lately!
