So I used to regular here, It was fantastic. But recently the customer service quality has plummeted. Just the other day I went in and asked about a sativa joint that was in the case that happened to be my favorite strain and the employee said "we are out but there's some in the back" so I asked if she would get me one and her answer was a flat "no". I asked why and she said that they were too short staffed for her to go get it. I asked if I could have the one in the case then to which she replied "no, because there's some in the back".....ok then. There was several other people on staff and they were not very busy, everyone was either being helped or just chatting. This is not the first case of horrible customer service from them recently but it's enough to make me write a bad review. I was super excited to find a pre roll on my favorite strain and that just sucked.

I was a bit skeptical because from the outside it doesn't look like much but the shot lives up to the name. Stepping inside it is well decorated with a relaxed environment. They had a great selection with a staff that was very willing the teach us anything they knew about the various bud/products we asked about.

Great knowledgable employees, very friendly and relaxed environment. Love that this place is finally open for business!
