I feel mis led. I was misquoted on the percentage of thx for the flower I purchased. I called to verify and the gentleman said that it was correct and I ended up buying something that was not whole nuggs almost all popcorn and also the percentage is off by 21% I took snap shots of the 52% thc content I more disappointed that I drove all the way there and discovered how crappy my product was in my car when I looked at it. I’m not even excited to smoke. I feel deceived.

I used to think that this place was really awesome, slowly everything started changing and became really expensive. I believe that the customer service always lacked there was a few people there that were really cool especially the manager Cameron. But as of lately I feel like going here less and less. I believe that their Bud tenders are super rude. I feel like this place is overpriced and the quality of merchandise as far as their house flower really is not very good at all. Maybe they just do all the old stuff first and run a ad specials when it's regular price at other places. I'm not coming here anymore it's literally right across the street from my house and I just don't feel like the value is there anymore.

Great service, awesome daily deals. I appreciate the fact that even late at night or super early they are really nice. Products are fairly priced and their product has ALWAYS been great. Pre- rolls are little tight but they're tasty. Thank you Territory

I want to say that I adore this place. I feel like Nirvana has taken care of me very well and I just wanna say thank you. Your customer service is excellent and your product always leaves me happy. Your daily specials are awesome and btw Jose also needs a mention because this man knows his stuff!!! I appreciate the extra mile attitude. Best service I have ever gotten from a bud tender in my dispensary experience. 6 stars to Jose. Super awesome dude!! Thanks again Nirvana your my new favorite place.
