Great place. 9/10 times, you’re in and out satisfyingly quick. Staff are cool and helpful. They’re deals list is a half mile long, everyday. HUGE selection of product. LITERALLY the ONLY negative, is parking can be tricky sometimes. But GTFO here with that gripe, amIright?

I will absolutely admit that most the time their product is good, and their prices are hard to beat. But their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. And I know I'm not the only one. And I know this isn't the only review that says this. They seriously need to do something about their security guards, and the people that are at the front window and on the phones. Absolute worst place don't shop here they will treat you like shit.

It was bad from the very beginning. The customer service on the phone was horrible. I equate it to talking to my 16-year-old cousin stoner friend trying to order from the guy. And then, when I going to pick the order up, they want to tell me that my mask isn’t tight enough around my nose.I would give the service zero stars if I could.This will honestly be the last time I go here, The Place has gone down the drain.

It’s very unfortunate that they won’t even let you know what flavors of cartridges they have over the phone when you’re trying to buy a Phone order. With COVID-19 going on and all people are just trying to save their own lives by staying out of the shops. I guess we just have to suffer and get whatever random cartridge they decide to throw in our bag since we can’t be “consulted” over the phone.
