When online to to pre order pre rolls. They had 7 different strains available online. I ordered a pack of 5 Went in waited for 20min for them to tell me they are completely out of pre rolls and only have one strain available.. and the lady literally just said sorry and handed me my looney and card back and that was it.. o compensation for there mistakes or anything. I use to be a regular customer when it use to be “swell”. Honestly don’t know how curaleaf is still doing as well as it is. Everything has changed the quality has went down and the overall dispensary sucks now compared to swell. Y’all need to make some changes! I am not longer a regular customer here at all. And for a good reason!!

Amazing product. Extremely slow!!! Always have a full staff but no one is working. Did a pickup order. Waited 45 min and had to call them. Then they proceeded to say they didn’t have anything in the system. So they took my order and said it’ll be ready in 5 showed up 15 mins later only to wait another 20... be PREPARED TO WAIT even if your only one there

nice quiet atmosphere quality tenders. were very helpful gave me full on display of all products basically kept laying em in feont of me which was cool. ive been to dispensery out here where the tenders just kind of look at you silently and dont really give preference or referral to their product. quality flower and concentrates. will be back!
