Super slow!!! Bud tenders seem to be stressed out.

Got some really bad news last week while passing through the city. Got news my best friend had passed and was rushing down to see him. Wasn’t in a good way when I pulled up. Walked in expecting the usual customer service. Broke when the very kind cashier asked how my day was. Explained what was happening. Didn’t expect the sympathy and kindness that was expressed by the young lady. Her coworker walked in, and she too was incredibly nice and friendly. I had already been on the road for 7 hours and feeling sad. Unbeknownst to these ladies, I greatly needed the comfort and genuine kindness. They really helped me pull through. The product was beyond my expectations, so they absolutely provided the medicine I needed. If I get a chance, I’d love to stop by again. Not in NM often, but Ido recommend this place, especially if you’re experiencing something rough. No judgement here. Love that!

I waited to place this review. Last year around November, I went to get flower. While waiting near the bathroom, a rat ran out from behind the plant! I was disgusted! The staff just joked and told me they had been trying to catch it. I left immediately and haven’t returned. They use to have great products, staff and service. I wouldn’t recommend buying edibles here, especially if they had a rat problem.

I’ve been coming here for years and I have to say the overall quality has gone down significantly. What made this place a « go-to » was that there was no tier pricing. Now it seems like you might as well go to other dispensaries near by and get better meds for the same price. Very sad to see Bloom let it self go.

Called ahead to inquire about their birthday deals. Over the phone I was told that a free pre-roll would be given as part of their birthday deal. I show up only to find that I had to make a purchase in order to get the “free pre-roll”. Everyone seemed cool but not recommending due to being mislead.

I walked in and was out of there in 10 mins! First time and got a really good deal on high quality flower. Everyone is very polite and professional. Staff gives recommendations based on customer needs. Will be back soon!

What a cool place! Everyone is really nice and respectful, but Nanette made my first time visit a wonderful experience ! She has knowledge on all the product, provides outstanding customer service and is very kind! I've been to many dispensaries and this place has for sure left a perfect impression on me, 5 stars for sure!

I randomly came across this place and was very surprised. I was greeted very kindly and respectfully, a very good first impression! Kahla gave me the grand tour of products and buds, and was able to find the right product for me. Thank you Kahla for making my first visit a welcoming experience. your customer service is superb!
