After a discrepancy over the dating of valid daily deals...OWEN a manager honored the add understanding that the discrepancie was an issue for Gold Leaf to fix...and did not concern Me as the customer....If the add says the sale is from 6/26/20 - 6/27/20..im sure we all see a 2 day sale...they wanted to say it wad only 1 day...that they cant seem to get Leafly to fix it....not my problem...again.Owen fixed the problem....THAT SOLD ME !!! YA HAVE MY ATTENTION AND BUISNESS NOW.. Its a beautiful facility that rivals the west coast style of dispensary...ya almost feel like your gonna be offered a joint and a comfy seat at any moment....As i have b.v extreme ptsd and anxiety....im shocked at how comfortable i was....ty Owen for the experience today...and id also like to thank Samantha for helping me at the counter and navigating thru the initial confusion....I WILL BE BACK !! BTW....THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT...ALL THE WAY FROM PERRY HALL MD...TY AGAIN....CHEERS

In the past i have been a lil tough on yall...and rightfully so....But i must applaud the changes...both in staff and products/daily deals....very well organized....and nice folks helping with the curside service...The security guard today...big fella...and all the other folks securing the area...in the street stopping traffic to facilitate the smooth service in the midst of all this kaos....the man today..really needs a raise !!!!... Did i say PRO..FESION..AL !!!! i worry for they're safty.....i insist i back out by myself...... STAY WELL...TY AGAIN

Classic BAIT N HOOK "CORPORATE OWNED " DISPENSARY.... They have had a concentrate deal forever now...3g/ 100$... with 1 single strain available...no wonder they give such a hard time when you call to find out how many strains they may or may not have...smh !!! on the bright side...if thays what ya wanna call it....they did however have on hand today....a supervisor....an assistant manager...and a general manager .....when i asked for THE MANAGER....i got a supervisor....i had to ask several employees if they even knew what a manager was...and if they in fact had one on premises that i could speak to about my concerns...of course not....what do i get ??? a supervisor and an assistant mangaer that wanted to blame their issue today on a very nice and helpful young lady at the front desk.....today is the very first time i have been in on a weekend...and it will be my LAST... i left the dispensary today...empty handed and highly aggravated to say the least after driving from Perey Hall md...no sorry nor apology of any kind for my troubles today.. CLASSIC CORPORATE AMERICA!!!
