I came in and had Shannon at the front desk. Apparently Arizona cannabis didn’t have my ID on file. I have been shopping here since I was 18. Not sure how it’s not on file. Shannon was rude about it, was not kind. Once I brought in my id to complete the transaction of a pick up order, she didn’t go over my order or show me the items. I personally understand state rules and regulations but there is a correct way to tell a customer that. Instead, I was given attitude about my ID.

The strain Space Center is great if you have chronic pain or any pain really. I have pain in my face, this strain makes it all go away. It’s a great face high, body high, and head high. One of the best hybrids I have came across. If you have a headache, smoke this strain. Doesn’t cause any dry eyes or paranoia. Maybe a little dry mouth….

Forever my favorite place, best deals and thc in PHX. HWC used to only be on Indian school. I learned the trick to getting out fast from dispos that are so popular is to place an ONLINE ORDER. I’ve never struggled with the express lane! I absolutely love the staff here and the service is always positive for how many ungrateful ass patients they deal with.

Cashier #52420 I’m sorry I don’t remember this lovely woman’s name. I preordered & went in today to get a full gram cart. She let me know the cart I wanted was on bogo. So I got to walk out with 2 cartridges for the price of one. Can’t ask for better service. Always welcomed here & I hope to work here once I’m 21

Was not told the difference between online order and express order. Not sure how people that came in behind me got out faster than my order that is already bagged and ready to go. The bad the “expense order” line cut two times. Was not happy with my experience & I expressed how I felt to a staff member. No care

They have shade and chairs for people coming in but nothing for pick ups. I also felt that even tho the order was online the people in the actual line got out faster and went in faster. Not the best service or set up
