My last two Cresco LLR cartridges were missing 1/4+ of the oil. This is not headspace, it's underfilling. Please fill your carts.

Please, never stop making Durbon Poison concentrates. Your carts and concentrates are the best in the state, by far.

Can you please use better starting material for your concentrates so that everything doesn't have to be CRC'd ??

The budtender I spoke to was unable to locate an item on the menu even though it was very obviously there. Also, the condescending attitude of the staff needs improvement. Avoid.

As others have said, this dispensary does not care about med. patients. The rec crowd gets access to the entire store & propane heated tents. Med patients wait out in the cold in a separate line, and are served in a small closet-sized room in the building's anterior. As for selection - the goodies are usually on the rec. side. They refuse to transfer items from rec to med, so you're often left leaving empty handed. As for their med. concentrate menu, shame! Not everyone wants to buy $70 CBD extracts. Let's have access to some of the good stuff!

Every time I buy a concentrate product from a different dispensary hoping to get a deal, I end up regretting my decision and wish that I had just gone to Sira instead. Consistency. Enough said.

The Durban LLR cart is of very low quality. It does NOT taste like the flower, and the oil is very dark and looks like bho oil made from trim/shake; instead it tastes like every other cannabis-derived terpene cartridge - borderline artificial, at any voltage from 2.0-4.2. I even get a bit of a harsh feeling in my throat from it - very similar to the way vaping distillate affects me. Effects are very short lived. These LLRs are nowhere near as good as Sira's sauce carts.
