Green Token - Edmonds

Great shop. The prices are incredibly affordable, the product is pretty decent, and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed The Green Vault and Sweet As selections, but there's so much more I can't wait to try

Long Lodge Tribal Enterprises

Recreational sold medicinal quality. It's pre-weighed, something I expected from the recreational side, but they open it up and let you smell it and really get a good look at everything. It's pretty generic on the inside, but you get in, get what you want, and get out.

Star Buds - Kirkland

The McDonald's of rec shops proving the adage "you get what you pay for." If price is all you care about, this place is definitely what you've been looking for. I, though, do not like dirt weed or wet bud. To each his own, but this is not the type of flower anyone who cares about his or her lungs would ever want.

The Novel Tree - Bellevue

Outside of the Downtown area of Bellevue sits this beautiful location. The atmosphere of the place is spectacular and gives a different feeling then most of the other rec. shops in the area. The budtenders were warm and friendly, giving a relaxed, but professional attitude to the place. The menu was a little short, but i could've just gone on a day where inventory was low. If you've been to the other Bellevue shops, then you definitely need to try out this A-Typical location.

Higher Leaf Bellevue - Factoria

I felt like I walked into Starbucks. I can't tell you who the Budtender was because I'm pretty sure three different guys talked to me. They have a lot of lower quality bud and their higher-end stuff was only in 2g sizes when I visited. The in-and-out location may work for some people, but this place was not my style.

BelMar Bellevue Marijuana Store

This place is the future of recreational marijuana shops. Their products are displayed very prominently throughout their store, allowing you to fully take in everything they sell. And man, does this place have product. High-end, cheap, edibles, concentrates, whatever you want, they've got a good variety of choice. This does lead to a problem for their budtenders, though. With so much product, I've tripped them up a couple times with my questions. No big problem because this place has everything else on lock.

Higher Leaf - Kirkland

This place is pretty fresh. Tucked away on the outskirts of Kirkland, It's a smaller location, but it's a "boutique," so the quaintness is part of the whole atmosphere. The bud is bud. They've recently added some cheaper farms to their menu, but they've always had consistently good product for the smoker who knows his or her stuff. Where this place really succeeds is in the knowledge of the staff. You will learn something when you talk to one of their budtenders. Definitely the smartest staff I've talked to at a shop. Overall, this place is setting its' own niche and, while the cheaper farms might be a misstep, should be considered a unique location in Washington's rapidly growing recreational shops industry.
