Customer service is unforgivable. Receptionist greeted me with “Nirvana, hold” and then left me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. Very aggravated with the service I was provided today

I love this place and have been going here for years. I suffer from anxiety and going in and trying to make decisions can be really stressful sometimes, so I prefer to do phone orders. I have been really frustrated as Of late because their phone line is ALWAYS busy, today I’ve been sitting here for 5 minutes trying to get a hold of someone all the while receiving busy signals. I know it’s not their fault they don’t have two lines, but it’s something they should consider in order to have better customer service.

This place is my favorite, I don't go anywhere else! Everyone is so nice and knowledgable!

I've heard so much hype about this place and so excited to try it. I try to contact them last Sunday with no response and today with still no response. I really want to try their medicine so I hope they get back to me very soon.

I love these guys! I just got done with a crazy busy work day today. I over paid the driver by about $60. The driver brought me back my money when he easily could have took the money for himself. I wish I would have caught the driver's name so I could mention him directly. But thank you so much for being an honest person and thank you 7leaf for the amazing medicine! The Low Rider is bomb!
