I've been here several times. I'm not the most knowledgeable, and all the help is appreciated. I also very much enjoy the pickup option, as my anxiety makes most outings feel like an eternity. With pickup, it's quick and easy, with little to no wait time.

BUYER BEWARE: their prices and deals on their websites are incongruous. Today I ordered online solely because there was a bogo deal. When I got to the store there was no deal and the website had updated to show no deal. Also the store sucks cause you can't get cell service inside to reference the site. The time before last I got a discount because the websites were not listing the same prices. I remembered to take a foto then thank goodness. This time I gave them the benefit of doubt and got burned. Also, All these bougie brand new weed strains are ineffective. Where are the classic strains. I'm tired of new strains every month. This place was barely worth it when it was Health for Life

I enjoy both online shopping and online ordering. Online ordering is preferred. Everyone is always kind and directs me accordingly. I appreciate everyone there and my items. Thank you

So I bought 4 stiiizy pods 5 days ago and I had 1 that wasn't working and it tasted and looked burnt. I just tried to return it and they said they have a new policy of returns. So I had 3 days to bring it back. It doesn't say anything on the receipt or I wasn't informed on the new policy. I've been coming to this place for at least 6 or 7 years and never had a problem returning something. And the idiot that supposedly looked at it ripped the pull tab of the top so I'm sure they didn't even look at it. You have to press the back of the box and pull the tab so it opens and they just ripped it off. Lol.. Your employees should be checking the product or make the return policy should be changed. Like I said put it on the fucking receipt or inform the customer about the 3 day return. If this place was still owned by the people that owned health for life I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem. I've been a medical patient for about 5 or 6 years now and never had a problem returning product that wasn't working. I guess I'll be going to the flower shop or greenpharms from now on
