Overall, top notch bud but the service is sub-par. The budtender who helped me seemed knowledgeable but I couldn't help but to overhear another interaction taking place beside me between an older patient and another budtender. That budtender was assisting an older gentleman and you could tell it was his first time in a dispensary purchasing cannabis. As expected, this gentleman was asking very basic questions about potency and strains and the budtender was getting visibly irritated that he wasn't already aware of this information. This budtender was dismissive, snarky and not very personable. Simply put, that older gentleman was getting more and more confused and stressed by the lack of hospitality and the budtender was not helping at all by taking the time to explain things and walk him through the different options. My 73 year old father has recently started to go to dispensaries and if this is the type of service provided to seniors then I don't think I will be recommending my father to come here. 5 stars for the bud. 2 stars for the customer service and service fees.

Absolutely blown away by this place. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted with big smiles. Their waiting room is massive and by the time I left it was nearly full. After getting verified I walked into the abyss to finally take in how crazy this place is. They literally have EVERYTHING you could possible need and/or want. Their FTP deal was killer so I decided to get myself some flower. The quality is great and their prices are dead on! This, to me, is exactly how a legal dispensary should be ran. Big ups to the people behind this facility. I'll definitely be coming back.
