Still my “go to” place and it has been for years. They are always friendly and greet me with a smile. This is certainly my “Cheers” because I want to go where everybody knows my name! Thank again to all of you for making your establishment the best there is in the valley!

This is, hands downs, the BEST dispensary in the valley. I have been coming here often for a couple years now and I've not seen their equal yet. If you want the best flower in the valley, this is where you want to be. The consistency and quality of their products is unmatched. This is the place to go for those who want the best!

This place is ok until someone there makes a mistake. After that they start loosing there cool. I have been going here for about 3 or 4 months now. As a returning customer, I expect to be treated with respect. This is what happened. I went in to purchase 4.5 grams of the $10 per gram meds. I picked out my meds and I was given a total of $48.74. I hand the bud tender my debit card, he completed my transaction, handed me my debit card and meds, and I went on my way. 5 days later, I get a call from the bus tender, that helped me 5 days earlier, stating that he messed up on the transaction and that my card was never charged. I then confirmed with my bank that the amount had not come out of my bank account. Now, most people, at this point, would pull a Steve Miller and "Take the Money & Run". However, I am an honest person. I told the guy that I would come pay the amount but that this was not only a inconvenience that this threw off my budgeting, but I don't live very close to there either. It is a 22 mile round trip for me to go there and back. So, naturally, I calmly stated this and that I wanted to know how I would be compensated for my inconvenience. At this point the bud tender starts getting flippant. He at this point reluctantly offers me one pre-roll for my trouble. I was not really satisfied with that so I started to tell him that I felt that my time is worth more than one pre-roll considering that this was not my mistake to begin with. At this point the tender looses his cool and says to me "Well you can come and get the pre-roll or you can BE THAT WAY AND NOT PAY!" Now I'm mad. I'm offering to KEEP THIS GUY FROM HAVING MONEY TAKEN OUT OF HIS CHECK AND YET HE IS STILL GETTING MAD and acting like this is somehow MY FAULT. So I asked for a manager which was able to work things out calmly. But was this the end? NOPE! I went in yesterday to pay for this his mistake. I get buzzed in, hand over my card, and go sit down. Not 2 minutes later do I here them talking about "how to handle this" at the front desk which made me a little uncomfortable. I then get called back by a tender who was not part of the situation. I then had to explain to him what was going on and wait for a manager. This is irritating because it is all noted on the screen so I shouldn't have to explain it. The manager on duty then come over and tells me he can take care of my transaction. He then asks me "cash or card?" I chuckle and say "cash". Now, just to settle things I had accepted two pre-rolls for my trouble from the manager I spoke with on the phone. So, anyway, I hand the manager $60 cash and he says that the tender will help me with getting my pre-rolls while he gets my change because he can't take it out of the drawer. So I pick my pre-rolls and wait for my change. I good solid 5-10 minutes pass and the manager finally comes back to give me my change. My total was $48.74. I gave him $60. He come back with only a ten dollar bill. He then walks off to go "discount my pre-rolls". I asked the tender what my total was again and he tells me $48.74. "So we're does he get that my change is only $10?", I said. The tender then says, it probably the card fee." HELLO PEOPLE!!!! I CAME IN WITH CASH!!! Now the tender at that point was getting nervous and offered to put a credit on my account. I told him "don't worry about it. I'm not waiting for that guy to take 10 minutes to get me the other couple dollars and I won't use the credit because after this, I will not be coming back. This was poor, disorganized, half-assed customer service. YOU DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY WHEN IT WAS YOUR GUY THAT SCREWED UP!!!!! But that's what happens when a company is doing it for the money and not for the care of the medical patients that are relying on them for COMFORT!!! It seems to me, in my opinion, that these guys are more worried about the few bucks they may loose in a situation like this rather than keeping the patient happy and comfortable. I seriously doubt that I will ever come back after this.

I was in a few days back and looking for some top of the line meds. I believe the guy that helped me was named Zach or Zech. He helped me in a fast and efficient fashion and served all of my needs. Great experience as usual. :)

Metro Meds Dispensary

This was my first trip here and I was pretty impressed. Nice clean place. Good service. The prices are consistent with most state dispensaries. The only down I see is that there was not a very large selection of flower to choose from. That and I grabbed the Durban Poison which looks and smells good but when I got it home the taste to me me seemed like the curing process was a bit rushed. Didn't quite have the nice taste I was expecting. All in all though, great place!! Very friendly and helpful staff!! I will be back to try more! ;)

Giving Tree Dispensary (Med/Rec)

I have go e to GT a bunch of times now. Yes I agree that it is a bit pricey but the people there are really cool. When you consider that the tax is included in the price, it's really no worse then going to any other state licensed dispensary. But I do think the price of the pre-rolls are too high by $2. Most state dispensaries have them for $10 and under. But other then that, quality of the meds have been pretty good and consistent and I really enjoy the people who work here. Keep up the good work guys!

Onyx is only the second place I went to after getting my card and I have been going there ever since. I love the people there. Kelsi (hope I spelled that right) is one of the tenders there and she has always taken extra good care of me when I come in. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Great meds. Great people. Great place!!
