Well, I am disappointed with Pure Green's customer service. I bought a pre-loaded ThaiStick vaporizer. Brought it home, charged it and hit it. Coughed like crazy. Asked a patient friend to try it. He coughed. Now, we are not newbies. We know what we are doing. So, I went back to Pure Green to ask them to give me a refund. The answer from the boss was no. This was 'my problem', "ThaiStick always works" and it felt like I was being treated as a dummy. Not cool at all. Oh, they did give me a free joint. Hmm... a $5 joint to compensate for an $80 vape that will now live on my shelf.

Cool shop, now they have 2 locations, lots of medicine. Biked by this shop on N. Williams. Hit the brakes. Went in. This could be one of the cooler, newer shops in the city. Really got the vibe that they cared that the medicine was super top notch. They were very keen to talk about the quality of their products and help me make a buying decision. They also told me that they were opening another shop on Grand near my favorite hamburger at Slow bar. What a perfect combo!
