Incompetent. Waited over an hour while people arriving later were served ahead of me, really a frustrating experience.

Worst dispensary in Phoenix. The people that shop here have no eye for quality, and if they act like they do it's because they don't know any better. No one can use this terrible quality flower for relief; it's always dry, scentless, and potency is a joke. You get what you pay for people, if you're looking for quality product then this is not the place I'd recommend to my worst enemy (if I had one). Go anywhere else and you'll have made a better decision, and end up with less buyers' remorse. Be wary of eighth only strains, they're trying to get rid of them and if you bought a single gram you'd probably throw it away and never look back and they'd be stuck with it forever. Occasionally there will be a not terrible strain, but it's never consistent and I don't like playing roulette with something this important to me. Vaping anything from this dispensary produces minimal vapor compared to plumes from other dispensaries' flower. Example: Blueberry Muffin (labeled Berry (Blue) Muffin on packaging), worst weed I've ever encountered... it's useless, and of course was available in eighths only. Were this place not the closest and cheapest open late dispensary, I'd have never gone after the first visit and I really try not to unless I have no choice. To each their own, I suppose, but if you go elsewhere you'll see the difference immediately.

Love my Pax 1, and love my Pax 2. Great products that produce a smooth and clean vape, no combustion going on here. I hope the folks at Pax Labs keep up the great work, but maybe work on that price point a little bit in the future as they're a little pricey, at least they stand behind their product with a 10 year warranty... that's worth a lot. After a lot of use, my Pax 1's temperature button broke and Pax took it in with very few questions asked, and even provided a shipping label to send it to SF, CA for inspection. It's only been a couple business days since they confirmed receipt, though they quoted 4-5, so I haven't heard anything else yet. I expect they'll be repairing or replacing the device, as it's otherwise in excellent condition. I'll update this review if anything other than stellar service takes place, which is what I expect, and from what I've heard from around the interwebs is commonplace with Pax and their warranty. Product has my vote.
