This is one of my go to places for my meds, not only is the customer service awesome, but the flowers are top notch! I dont think theres a bad strain in there inventory, I have not once been disappointed. Even the prerolls have awesome flowers, sometimes with other places youll get sticks and the preroll isnt packed right, not here, these are packed tight with great herbs inside with no sticks and stems, for me this is a big deal, they do it right so I will continue to go there as long as I needs meds. This is by far one of the best dispensaries I have been to, clean, freindly and quick to serve, I highly recommend The Herbal Wellness Center in Phoenix, I havent been to the one in Mesa but I can imagine its the same. Keep up the good work!

I thought this place was awesome, very clean, staff was awesome and very informative. I had some interest in the Timeless Vape, which I have tried the O-Pen but I had problems with that brand, the Timeless vape on the other hand was out of this world amazing! I also got an eighth of Westcoast Dawg which was recommended by the front of house guy, who by the way was awesomely cool, and he had a very good recommendation. This place will become one of my regular stores.

Place was really nice no doubt, however I got some glad max, it should have been called mad max because it pissed me off! In the display jar it looked good, what I got and brought home was another story. It was shit, good thing I only got 3 grams one of which was free for ftp. I feel bad leaving a bad review but I felt compelled to let people know it's a waste of money.

I have been here quit a few times and every time I feel welcome and comfortable. Im writing this review because I have had some trouble, I bought the 420 mg pure thc oil to vape, the "o pen". I bought it i planned on using my own vape pen, which i did,however the next day it wouldnt pull anymore, so I went back up the next day and they changed it out for me and said if i had anymore problems just bring it back. So off I went with my new cartridge, same battery, again worked good the first day then the second day it didnt work again. So this time when i returned it i bought the battery they recommend and got another replacement cartridge. This time it worked the first day and not so good the second day and the third day i noticed most of the liquid was gone and theres no way i toked that much, so i popped off the mouth piece and noticed it looked wet so i touched it and it was super stick so now the third one is leaking. So I called them this time and told them whats going on and they said they would replace it again. The reason Im writing a review with five stars is because I appreciate how nice they continue to be even tho this could be a frustrating situation, they have been totally cool. I know they dont make these things so its not there fault, but it seems like this place holds old values that all of America used to but doesnt anymore and that is the customer is always right. I maybe doing something wrong but they dont make me feel like that. I love this place and would recommend them to anyone in need of some good weed.
