Banjo reviews
This stuff is pretty crazy. Yeah it’s pretty strong (I’m guessing around 19-22% which I consider to be high for outdoor) and yeah it was pretty smooth, but the star of the show is the munchies. I have trouble eating and I smoked a joint of this shit after it was grown (outdoors at that so not even full potential) and I ended up smashing like 5 burgers. And on top of that it has a bizarre flavor that I’ve not tasted in any other bud ever, it’s just like the profile for it says, it tastes like skunky cheese. It may sound gross but if you’re into the funky and gassy terps, definitely give this a try. One of my favorites I’ve tried, went my whole life never hearing of it.
I procured the Banjo from Coastal Sun Farms, the buds are dry and kiefy, very terpy, and a jade, lime-rind green color. They're relatively small (1-2") and spindly -- The Aroma is a musky tangerine; a friend of mine said it smells like an orange that fell from the tree and sat out in the sun, I think that's accurate, but in my mind it rests somewhere between tangerine and vomit.. As far as cannabis strains go, I think this one smells somewhat pleasant, especially to a novice nose I could see this being a good choice. Reminds me a lot of lemon skunk / tangie burger. -- The taste is definitely similar, and comparable. A touch hazey, but citrussy, floral, zesty, and cheesy.--For effects, Banjo leaves me feeling energized, spaced out, and just a touch stoney. It's functional, but it's definitely a moderately sedative strain. It gives me a touch of anxiety, making me want to start chewing my nails, oddly enough.
I recommend this strain for novice users, with a warning to use it in good company. It might make you a little spaced out, or make you reflect on something you've been putting off... if you give it the time to ride, and embrace the feelings that come, this can be a positive, uplifting strain. Just don't expect it to make you super productive!

Banjo [H]
(Boost [H] × Tangelo [H])
method - flower by canabiotix
effects - uplifted, focussed, relaxed, creative, alert, calm
for - sleep! stress and anxiety. not a complete painkiller. for insomnia and for just zoning out while still being productively conscience. wouldnt say light or clear headed, but somewhere in the middle
smell- at first, i said amonia, diesel, pungent, kush. after cracking a nug, strong mango, banana, juicyfruit smell. it is impossible to place this scent, although nostalgiac and recognizeable in an unexplainable way, like a de ja vu, or something on the tip of your tongue. Sour for sure
taste- true to its cannabiotix grower, that signature soft orange-flavor profile. mango all the way, it literally takes residence in your mouth long aftet smoking. Tangerine in a sour way like those mango altoid candies
look- wow. darker from a distance, hybrid bud structure for sure, a condensed, cookies looking nug on the outside, that breaks up almost perfect- light and airy and seems to break up endlessly. my fingers were so keefed up with that deep dry sticky that is difficult to get off- and there was SO much of it, legit took me a minute to rub most of it off so I could roll the joint. i cant leave out how jam pack stuffed every cookies looking, OGs & kush tasting nugs are: the trychomes are the perfect size, and the inside of this flower was high times quality, truly art to stare at.
> loving it. hybrid on steroids.. smoked this on a tragic day, and honestly its a real true sense of calm and keeping my mind from slipping into a depression. this is not for rookies. aftertaste is like a chamelion

Bought this Olie 0.5g disposable for 75$. It Took 3-4 days to use it all. In that time I gotta say I felt the tingling that the strain data mentioned, along with my mood being uplifted. Definitely blacked out more than I expected so it’s definitely not a strain for feeling energetic. In that time I laying pipe too so definitely good for arousal and focus cause I went for hours.
5/5, I enjoyed my time with this
Tried two different concentrates of this and it’s very unique. Right off the bat it’s skunky, grass and fuel, light sharp cheese and citrusy and a tiny bit of chocolate. I can’t tell you how it feels until you try it yourself, but I feel more confident, capable and excited. Best tasting concentrate if you like savory terpene profiles. Definitely curbs depression symptoms and elates mood. 10/10 always have to pick up when I see it
Excellent flavor and great buzz thats mildly uplifting, relaxing and euphoric. It really shows the tangie side in Bud structure and flavor. I am a huge tangie fan so this really hits the spot when you cant find tangie.
Holy. Shit. Banjo is probably one of the most potent and heavy hitting strains I have ever had. 2 SMALL bowl hits, not full bowls, can have me in another galaxy and feeling all the positive effects...
However, in the case of my first smoke on Banjo it hit hard and fast. Then its effects gradually increased. This to me seems like how we can dangerously close to the negative effects this strain has. Use CAUTION with this strain, folks. Definitely potent. Definitely does the job; high as Spaceballs and no pain for me.
If you smoke a big bowl or fat J of this kind it will send you off on with a heart thumping start that envelops into a clear minded high that allows for work and creativity.
