Durban Poison is like the "espresso" of cannabis. The raciest sativa I know of, it's a stimulating and clearheaded high with no trace of numbing or "stoning." It wakes you up, cuts through the bleary fog and leaves you clearheaded and bright, gives you energy to go and seize the day. Gives tons of energy and also an intense emotional euphoria... where everything is vibrating and you can't take the smile off your face. Can cause anxiety and paranoia if you are upset, it doesn't make you numb. Recommended for mountain biking, jogging, driving, studying, reading, and partying / socializing with smart people. My sample had purple leaf overtones, a licorice / anise smell and taste. FIRE.

If your a fan of sativas this strain is the obvious choice. Good breeding well developed and over the years and years has become incredibly stable and consistent to grow. Thc levels I'm used to seeing range from 19%-26ish%. Packs a punch and doesn't leave you couch locked . I PERFER to smoke indica dominant strains but always keep a bit of this around for day time use

The grand daddy of flowers in my opinion . If one wee to ask me what strain they should smoke for first timers, Durban poison is the gateway to life's purpose. This strain will open your eyes and make you see life for what it really is. I am not going to tell you because you have to experience it for yourself. The high makes me feel like my head is in a blanket. The taste reminded me of toasted panettone. I did experience some zoning out. It is really special, try it if you can.

Great strain. One of my new favorites. I got my bud from Main Street Marijuana that was grown by Life Gardens. Don't let a low percentage of THC fool you -- this bud is amazing for its cerebral effects, good taste, and being fast-acting and long-lasting.

did the job, i was looking for a pick me up and i found it. the taste could have been better, maybe it could have been trimmed better.
