I really liked this strain very much. The flavor and the buzz is very effective. It does the job ASAP without the hassle of waiting or wondering.
Also once lite you'll know this poison just by its smell.
Enjoy...

I use to think I got high, then I smoked Durban Poison.

Its so hard to find this strain in Durban. LOL How ironic!?
While strain-hunting I saw Durban and had to buy an 8th. Stunningly fluffy green buds, covered with milky white crystals and deep orange hairs. Smells citrusy with a strong pine overtone. Effects aren't felt right away, however expect a full on cerebral high filled with positive vibes. If you smoke too much you might find this strain to be psychedelic. I was in such a good mood after I finished a bowl. Went to work and while the day was quite stressful, I had tons of energy and a great attitude. The day just seemed easy and flew on by. There's a lot of energy in this strain. While I could easily just smoke some Durban and lay back watching the gorgeous images generated behind closed eyelids, this strain makes me want to be active, go hiking or rock climbing or something. Highly recommended for physical activities, appetite stimulation, stress relief, depression, and making boring tasks seem enjoyable while maintaining enough focus and drive to get them done. I don't suffer from any prescribed pain so my experience with pain management is unknown. This strain is in regular circulation from now on. One of the best sativas I've come across which may even replace 'Jack Herer' as my new favorite flower. Good vibes!
Good Tasting Kush, The High Hits you really fast, with the Euphoric feeling kicking in right away, then fading out to a Creative Happy high.
Best meds for pain and engry.
It is truly the mark of a connoisseur when one enjoys a Sativa and it is a rare thing in any of today's markets to find a truly worth while strain; especially one considered to be 100%, never hybridized. As a grower and smoker of Durban Poison I can say that I do not regret the lengthy time it takes for her to ripen fully, or the difficulty in trimming every small spiny leaf and curing them to perfection. Because she is a gorgeous plant to watch grow, and the aroma she emits while when ripe is unlike any other and remains with the bud throughout the life of its cure. All head, no body, and a mood that is hopeful, determined, and deep. Great for smart things and video games.
If I was only allowed one word to describe it the word would be brilliant, in every aspect of the word.
