Everything tingles in the best way possible. I am calm, at ease and melting into the couch. This strain takes you through a portal into the world of happiness and relaxation.

Pretty looking buds that break down into a finely ground material perfect doobies. Just breaking buds between my fingers would turn it so fine almost powdery. If anyone sucks at rolling joints (such as myself) this is great flower to practice with plus the added bonus of almost no stems at all in these big fat plush buds. Beautiful little purple veins and orange hairs abound.
The flower does seem to hold its odor pretty well until one of these bad boys is broken open. An immediate very strong smell will fill the room and those unfamiliar with Granddaddy might ponder the uniqueness. Anyone who has spent time with this strain will feel mellower just catching a whiff of an old relaxing friend Purple. The taste much like the smell is neat and tasty. One of the few strains that when I have had it around for a long time does not really lose terpene or smell, but it does get stale tasting and smelling much more sour.
The high is classic for me. It is lazy, spaced out, and gives you that stereotype stoner dude feeling. Like someone is sitting there having an important conversation while you stare off at the wall going "Far out man, this is groovy. Chillin" Great for dealing with some sever pain, like an awful toothache.
Maybe someone can relate to having pain so bad there are red flashed and a strong panic which only makes it hurt worse. It was extreme with no relief from ibuprofen or Ambesol nor 3 other strains. GP calmed my nerves right away in such a shocking change from freak out to chill out that I totally forgot about my tooth. Well until I woke up from the beautiful nap cradled in by this strain.
Finally, just wanted to note that my preference is G-daddy Purple over Mendo Purps. Purps is overpowering in essence with a taste that is Granddaddy on steroids, but not in a good way =) Love the buzz don't get me wrong and there are some great strains with Purps as a parent. But something really sexy about someone who can keep their cool, not go overboard, but make people feel good. That is exactly what this strain does.
One of my favorite night time strains for several reasons. I use a Cresco liquid live resin cartridge and right from the start you treated with a grape, berry and mild earthy taste. The initial high is a calming euphoria - plenty of smiles, contentment, giggles on the cerebral front. Physical relaxation coincides nicely - followed by restful sleep. I suffer from insomnia and hip / lower back pain. I’m working through releasing tension in flexors / iliopsoas and this strain really helps to complement the physical therapy, stretching, massage, etc.
Came on light with euphoria and tingling . Instant relaxation. 30 min in my mind was wondering and my body was completely numb (zero pain) but felt like 10,000 pounds of sand lol . I didn’t move for over two hours haha .
First time trying it was with a distillate vape. I enjoyed it; the flavor was interesting and not overly grape, in my opinion. I don't know that I would call it a favourite, but I wouldn't turn it down. Relaxation and 'zone out'. My brain was still moving, but my body wasn't.
60$ a cartridge at surterra first time discount saves a lot of money excellent to go to sleep on good for pm use or just a solid indica lover makes you feel really relaxed and calm good sense of courage or self confidence love the grape terpenoids 500 ml is good for a week
Great nighttime smoke
Exactly what I want in a strain. Makes me stoned and takes away anxiety.
